I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels in Europe, the United States and the Caribbean. The Grand Parker Hotel is the cleanest. Your housekeeping staff is amazing. Your staff is as attentive and helpful. The concierge gave us a lot of advice about where to eat. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends traveling to Napoli and will hopefully return in the future. The complementary coffee and tea was really nice to have in the room. The only suggestion I have is providing more complementary water to guests since the closest supermarket is a few blocks away and wasn’t easy to find as a tourist.

After finding ourselves allocated a noisy room in this luxury hotel next to building work which started before 8 am, we complained to the front desk. We were very surprised to be offered a suite instead which was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very quiet. Everyone was polite, accommodating and exceptionally helpful. Full marks for resolving the problem so beautifully. We very much appreciated the level of service from the front desk. Also the chamber maids were wonderful: the room was always perfect, gleaming, and the maids so polite and professional in all they did. They deserve special mention.

Our stay at the Grand Hotel Parker's was the most amazing experience we have had in Italy, from the hotel location and views, the beautiful suite, the breakfast on the terrace, the drinks and meals we had at the Bidder Terrace, the interaction we had with all the staff, everyone was amazing and so welcoming. We felt welcomed and we felt at home. The concierge Marco went above and beyond for us, so did many of other staff members and we apologize for not remembering their names... Martina should be promoted to Hotel Manager but ONLY if she also works at the front desk. As the owner of many hotels, I know great staff when I see them. The porter took my wife's bag and forgot to load it in the taxi. Martina tracked us down in the cab immediately and saved the day. The staff was superior to other hotels and the breakfast was perfect (amazing view). The hotel looks great and our room was comfortable. The AC in our room was perfect because we visited during the summer months and we needed the break. The only downside to this hotel is the road is very busy, so if you have places to go, leave early. The staff was great about arranging transportation for us, they were very punctual and on top of things. It was about a 20 min walk to the waterfront, so not a bad walk at all. Love to stay here again 👍.

We had a lovely stay for 5 nights in a Comfort Room. I slept on the sofa bed to give my husband the bedroom since he was recovering from back surgery. It was the best pull-out sofa bed that I have ever used. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. I only wish we had spent more time in Naples itself as we spent most of our time doing day trips.

We got to the hotel earlier than expected. Most hotels have you wait in the lobby and it's miserable. The staff had us go up to the terrace for a coffee. They had our rooms cleaned earlier so we were able to get in, take a nap and a shower and were ready to begin our tour at 4:30!! What a difference that made for us!

Your hotel is superb and I really enjoyed my stay while in Naples. We had an overseas flight from the United States so we arrived around 10 am. After checking in, the reception employee graciously sent us to up relax in the restaurant with coffee and pastries while our rooms were being readied. We were amazed that we didn’t have to wait more than an 1.5 hours. This allowed us to rest a bit before meeting up with our tour group. Everything about our stay at your hotel was wonderful.

I cannot thank the concierge Marco enough for going out of his way to have our stay the happiest and most beautiful experience of my life. The breakfast staff were generally 100% and all very welcoming and hardworking. My husband and I felt especially welcome. There was only one morning when breakfast was slightly mixed up but I could totally understand as the breakfast area was bustling. I loved every moment of the stay and everyone was extremely welcoming.

She is an asset to your team and contributed positively to our stay. Although the cleaning staff did a great service their timeliness is an area I believe could be improved. We received outstanding service from the front desk, specifically Vicenzo and the wait staff at Bidder's Terrace Rooftop restaurant, our favorite servers were Manuela, Augustine and Luca. All staff were amazing and made our short stay wonderful.
