We were a group of 5 ladies and he remembered what we had to drink the night before and our room numbers. Bogdan was the star of the dining room. We were so impressed with the hotel from the moment Gladys welcomed us, took us around and showed us to our room. The food was exceptional and the chef and waiting staff dealt with my husbands gluten free diet with no fuss. The choice and quality of the food at breakfast and dinner was outstanding. All the waiting staff were helpful friendly and efficient. The bedrooms were kept beautifully clean. The pool and sauna area were such a treat and well looked after and clean Everything was superb! We have enjoyed our stay very much, and especially would like to thank you for the excellent food and for always welcoming our kids in such a warm and nice way. He quickly felt completely safe and enjoyed all kinds of delicious food, that he has never tasted before! Very good location (close to three cable car stations), and a wonderful view from the hotel over the Sella mountains. The breakfast and dinner were excellent: very diverse and of high quality. Congratulations to the chef and the entire staff for preparing delightful surprises every day! The apartment was very comfortable, and a special remark goes to the amazing people working there. The hotel staff was always present, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. Highly recommended!
