This is a very well run and maintained property. The staff is engaging and attentive. The food selection from both restaurants, the breakfast and poolside menus had something for every taste. The various pools were creative spaces with a unique feel and expertly maintained. We are all planning a return trip based on our experience. Thank you to you and you exceptional team.

Staff was engaged and so pleasant. From check in to service in the spa and restaurants the attention was excellent. We also met several of the outside team including Vincent whose pride and work showed in the exceptional maintenance of all of the pools. Furore Grand Hotel is honestly one of the most incredible hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, everything felt completely special. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast and the most beautiful attention to detail throughout. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the service. Every member of staff was so warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming, making us feel incredibly well looked after throughout our stay. The rooms are beautiful, modern and luxurious, and waking up to those views every morning was something I’ll never forget. We would like to thank the management for running such a wonderful operation, I do think the check-in process could be a little bit quicker however, that is such a small issue, all the staff was wonderful, polite, attentive. Special things to Sara who made us stay dining, so enjoyable as well as Genaro too. Vincenzo and Concierge was able to arrange two separate drivers, both of which were truly professional, and we had great journeys to the hotel from the airport and then from the airport to Bari. We also liked the shuttle, which had very convenient times.

We had a wonderful stay. The mocktails at check in were a great introduction as we enjoyed the view. Everyone was very gracious, attentive, and helpful! WOW! What an incredible stay for my daughter and I on our first trip to the Amalfi Coast. The hotel is stunning...the pools, the grounds, the restaurants. Even more so though, we thoroughly appreciated the staff at the hotel. They made our stay top notch. Special thanks to Vincenzo for his gracious help with reservations, information and suggestions. The private boat tour was our favorite!!!! Gio was one of our favorites - a consummate professional with a fantastic knowledge of cocktails. We appreciated all of our conversations. Truly the entire staff was so helpful and always willing to accommodate our American ways (iced coffee, smoothie requests). We 100% will and have recommended this great hotel to others. The only thing that was more exceptional than the hotel (location, amenities, vibe) was the incredibly friendly, competent, and accommodating staff. They helped create the perfect and most relaxing weekend getaway for my spouse: prior to arriving, the Roberta and the staff proposed activities we could do, the created an incredible flower basket, provided a shuttle from Naples to Positano. They were extremely responsible and followed through on our request to find a place on the Amalfi coast to watch the Rolland-Garros women’s final. The 2 restaurants are wonderful and the chef has created an original menu. He earned his Michelin star, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he adds another star ⭐️.

The Furore Grand is like a little piece of heaven. From the moment you come through the door you are treated with kindness and care. The staff that clean the rooms, make sure you have everything you need, special little touches before you go to bed are all so thoughtful. The service is exceptional from the Reception, to the Restaurant, the Spa, the Bar (they made one of the best Amaretto Sours I have ever had!) and the drivers - all considerate, polite and nothing is too much trouble. Vincenzo, the Concierge was approachable, helpful and quick to respond to any query we had - all of these things allowed us to relax and switch off, which is all we needed. The food is wonderful - the chefs are exceptional at what they do - thank you. Gifting us a reflexology session in the Spa, after our difficult start to the holiday was over and beyond and so appreciated. Thank you all - what a special place it is - we would recommend the Furore Grand to anyone wanting somewhere super special to stay on the Amalfi coast.

From Roberta's advance call and welcome, Anna, Michaela and later Sara the administration were great. Gio at the bar welcomed us with and aperol Spritz and 12 hours later prepared his signature Whiskey drink. He is very committed to his work and profession and had just prepared a new unique drink menu for the season. Likewise your amazing chef Vincenzo Russo and all his staff, (especially our serve)r at the Bluh Furore prepared and served one of the best meals we have ever had. He and his staff totally deserve another Michelin star. Thank you to Sommelier Giovanna for her spot on recommendations. Also thank you to Dominique and Fulvio for driving us down to Amalfi in the resort's lovely Black Mercedes limo. Everyone at FGH was so excellent to us during our stay! From remembering small details about us, to helping us celebrate our wedding anniversary with a beautiful room, prosecco and cake, to the overall excellent service and treatment we received throughout our stay, we found everyone at FGH to be top notch and have been telling everyone back home what a wonderful stay we had and how much we recommend Furore Grande Hotel. Many luxury hotels claim to deliver unparalleled levels of service, but few really do. Thank you so much for being one that actually does! We hope to be able to return to FGH the next time we visit Italy. Until then, we will have great memories of our stay and everyone there who made it so special!

Roberta at the front desk was outstanding. She welcomed us warmly and was always extremely helpful, insightful,accomodating, and personable. We appreciated the shuttle to Amalfi and felt particularly safe and taken care of with Dominick (?Domenico). We enjoyed not having to worry about driving on the winding roads and Dominick put us at ease with his excellent driving. The food at acquarasa was excellent. We especially enjoyed the pizzas.

Con respecto a las instalaciones, las mismas se encuentran todas en excelente estado y muy bien cuidadas y limpias. Destacamos la zona de spa del hotel, es magnifica y cuenta con todo lo necesario para relajarse. El desayuno es otro de los puntos fuertes del hotel, muy completo y a la carta, lo cual es un plus muy destacable.
