Luka is a great night porter. We’re always happy to see him again. The other front desk staff are also very attentive and polite. It’s no wonder we’ve been booking the Astoria regularly for several years. We’ve already booked our next stay in September.

We stayed a few nights . All of your hotel staff were lovely , very polite , welcoming and helpful . Especially Lucca your night service manager. He is a credit to your establishment , very approachable , sociable and helpful . I had the pleasure of his company on the odd evening in reception. He was very helpful in advising us as we discussed the plans of our adventures on a daily basis. All staff at the Astoria were excellent. Reception staff Stefania and Sorina were so friendly. They were very informative and dealt with any questions we had. Also Iacopo deserves a special thank you as he went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we had help when we needed it, especially with our wheelchair. He went out of his way to help and always did so with good humour. The lady who managed the breakfast service was super efficient and always very pleasant to guests. We loved staying at the Astoria and felt very at home in the hotel.
