Besonderen Dank an Asia

2026-04-06

t’s wonderful when not only the ambiance, architecture, bed and breakfast meet our high standards, but the service is also exceptionally attentive. At the reception, Asia really went out of her way to fulfill our wishes (a room with a view of the canal, and when the room was a bit too cool, that was fixed in no time; our wedding anniversary was celebrated with beautiful flowers etc). At dinner (Michelin-star quality), not only did the waitstaff pamper us, but the head chef personally explained his creations to us. So nice! The housekeeping is considerate, the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. I love the secret garden too.. Here, you truly feel like a guest in the truest sense of the word. Thank you Warm regards from Vienna Christiane

Thank you for making our stay at your beautiful hotel totally unforgettable. Your staff went over and above to accommodate our every wish. Firstly I wish to thank you for upgrading our room to a suite when we arrived - It was the most beautiful room i have ever stayed in and such a surprise for my husbands 60th birthday, thank you for the chocolates, the wine and the hand written welcoming notes, it meant so much. Thank you to the wonderful staff who crushed fresh ginger for us when you had run out of ginger ale, the endless room service trips to deliver us drinks, crisps and nuts. The maid who changed our bed daily, it was spotless, making sure we had enough water and shampoos. The wonderful food, breakfast was just superb, I have never seen such an appetising and amazing display. The reception staff who always said hello, making us feel so welcome and important, for taking the time to show us the best places to visit in Venice, booking us water taxis. The porter who carried our cases out along the road to our water taxi. Thank you to everyone who made our stay totally magical and memorable. It was amazing and I can’t thank you enough

My wife twisted her knee and as a result had a lot of pain. The staff were very helpful in supplying ice to help. Much appreciated.

2025-11-06

We would like to HIGHLY RECOMMEND a young woman who we understand is new in your service. She is from TOGO. She made us instantly feel welcome and that she was at service to make our trip the best. She showed true interest in us by joining in our conversation and sharing a little about herself. We have over 350 employees we deal with...you have a real treasure there. I would suggest that we observed some of your older employees training her need to be more patient and less cold in their displays to the trainees as even without speaking Italian we witnessed this attitude....

2025-11-06

Besonders nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend war Asia!!! 10 Punkte ++++ ! Alle Anfragen wurden rasch und sehr zufriedenstellend erledigt! Danke!!!
