Our stay at Rosapetra was excellent. We stay at numerous higher end hotels and resorts throughout the year around the world, and this was a great experience. Every aspect of the facility is well run - reception and checkin, spa, dining, bar, and concierge - and the facility is immaculate and well maintained. Every employee went out of their way to provide assistance even when not asked. Rosapetra has a great company culture that is embodied by each team member. We will definitely be visiting Rosapetra again in the future. Scott and Mary Thomsen.

Staff on reception and on the concierge desk were very friendly and incredibly helpful. A special mention for Elisa and Canio. We really appreciated the use of the shuttle bus and were very grateful on two occasions when we were dropped off at the other end of town and not at the usual drop off.

All the staff were first class, that’s what made the stay extra special however shout out to the concierge who found a cab to come and pick us up when our mountain hike did not go according to plan.

Lucia in the spa was amazing as were all the staff. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The drinks and bartender (Dominick) were fantastic too.

Kudos to your chef and sous chef whom cooked delicious meals. Awesome waiters with Federico and his partner, Lorenzo and Natalia and the efficient Albanian whom was great as well.
