Fahrzeug hatte eine schwere Beschädigung suf der Beifahrerseite hinten. Ich wurde bei der Fahrzeugübergabe nicht darauf hingewiesen. Wurde nachdem der Servicemitarbeiter schon weg war von einer Mitfahrerin entdeckt. Das Hotel hat mir dann geholfen den Schaden an sie zu melden.

All in all very good and fast service to get a rental car. The only downside from my point of view are the high prices per day for that type of car of lowest category. That is really impertinent and it feels that tourist are just exploited as there are no other reasonable options available.

Get your next customer a clean car! We had bottles etc still in the car. A wash would be nice as well particularly the windows.
