The front desk staff were outstanding, housekeeping always adapted to our needs, and the room facilities were excellent. I especially appreciated that the air conditioning could be adjusted precisely to our preferred temperature, which is surprisingly uncommon. The entire team was consistently attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special thank you to Gabriel, who made my daughter feel truly special by preparing her bedtime milk at exactly the temperature she liked, and to Niccola, who introduced me to the world of grappa. Their kindness and genuine care made our stay even more memorable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room. Good food by the pool. The upper bed in one of the rooms needs some protection to ensure the person does not fall down in her sleep. It would be a high and dangerous fall if someone fallsout of the bed.

A partire dalla receptionist, alla signora addetta alla pulizia della camera, al personale incaricato della colazione. Un encomio speciale alla torta menta e cocco che veniva offerta durante la colazione. Personale eccellente e prodotti di qualità. Questo fa la differenza. Complimenti davvero.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is out of this world! With choices of a good old English breakfast, or continental But the hotel went above and beyond this and had pastries and cakes, galore to choose from; with also a delicatessen of cheeses, various hams, boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, and shredded carrots! And the list goes on!! The room was clean and tidy upon arrival, and kept so throughout our stay, our service person was very accommodating and pleasant! The beds were just right, not too hard or too soft! And we had a lovely little side view of the sea! Lots of restaurants and café to choose from, should you want a change from the hotel lunch menu. The Sunday nights bar with DJ was new for this year, but it truly gave the night a face lift for just chilling, drinking chatting and relaxing. I couldn't stop my feet and body from tapping and swaying away to the music! Thank you, Blumarea. As Arnold schwarzenegger would say, I'll be back!!!

I would like to give recognition to a few members of staff especially, but not excluding anyone else out of great customer service. Fabio, my Amico and fratello, great guy, assertive and punctual. Alice very friendly and happy to help, Sarah who I call Sera Sarah was extremely fun and fun to talk to, but she was very professional and if you need something, she would go out of her way to help you. Aroura and her breakfast team were also great, making sure all of the area was stocked and cleaned away as soon as someone had finished. She also makes great waffles 🧇 lol. If I have forgot to say your name, then it’s because I have forgotten it. But you were all fantastic and would highly recommend you all. Thank you for making our stay fun.
