2026-10-06

2026-10-06

Thank you for a wonderful week - we loved your beautiful hotel and all the staff were so friendly and so helpful. We really enjoyed the food especially the evening meals and we so enjoyed your special Gala Night on Friday with the wonderful pianist - please say many thanks to him. We would like to say a special 'Grazie Mille' to Davide in the restaurant. He noticed on our first evening that we were unhappy that lots of the other people on our SAGA tour were very noisy. We were embarrassed and felt sorry for your other guests. Davide arranged a change of table for us and so every other evening we were pleased to be 'just the 2 of us' in our own corner away from 'the crowd' Please say Grazie mille to Davide ...and of course all the other waiters and waitresses who were all so good. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful holiday in Alle Dolomiti. We hope to visit you again some day ... but just the 2 of us!

2026-10-06

Thanks so much

2026-07-27

2026-07-20

Vielen Dank für die gute Zeit!

2026-07-20

We had a wonderful stay, so many good things about staying at the hotel. Especially the friendliness and helpness of all the staff. We hope to visit again.

2026-07-19

Thankyou for a very warm welcome. It certainly had a family feel to the Hotel and was a pleaseant relaxing place to stay.

2026-07-19

We observed that the whole team, both management and staff work incredibly hard all of the time. Every little detail is noticed. We appreciated that this amount of effort was what made our holiday so very special. The evening meals were fabulous; we were excited to try something new every night... we have to diet now that we're back home! 😂 As we walked around Molveno we concluded that there was no other hotel that looked nicer, or was better situated, than the Alledolomiti 😍 We were grateful that we were able to communicate with everyone because you all speak excellent English... we Brits are TERRIBLE at languages (to my shame) It was our first time visiting beautiful Italy, but it certainly will not be our last! (Just a couple of very small things, but by no means a complaint: The pillows are very hard. There was a noisy dog in the room next to ours which yapped and snarled from 6am. This is not the fault of Alledolomiti but of the dog owners... it did wake us up a lot though 😴)

2026-07-19

2026-07-19

We appreciate that the family and all the staff work very hard to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. One of the best services we have had at a hotel. The garden and pool area is a delight to spend time in.

2026-07-19

2026-07-19

With thanks in particular to Davide who was super friendly, kind and helpful to us. I am gluten free and vegetarian and he went above and beyond to ensure I had good food I could eat each day.

2026-07-19

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was a lovely environment to be in and situated in a great position, not far from the lake or town. The views from the garden of the mountains was amazing. The food was great and the room we had was small but well thought out in terms of what was needed to make our stay comfortable.

2026-07-05

We would like to thank everyone for a wonderful holiday, the hotel and staff were fantastic, we appreciated the warm welcome from the family which made the holiday so special, and the food was just amazing. The hotel is beautiful on the outside and just as impressive on the inside. As for Molveno what a beautiful place, great for people of all ages, we plan to return with our children and grandchildren in a few years , I think they would love it.

Grazie per l’ottima ospitalità. Hotel scelto casualmente e grande sorpresa positiva

2026-07-04

2026-07-04

We would like to thank management and staff for a wonderful stay. We are regular customers and it was yet another wonderful experience. We will be back next year all going well.

2026-07-02

Had a wonderful holiday, the hotel and food were superb.

2026-07-02

All the staff were efficient and very polite and made our stay special. The rooms were all clean and comfortable and the decoration of all areas was exceptional. The only reason I would not visit the resort again is that our holidays are geared up to walking and we like to try different countries and areas each year. I would definitely recommend the resort and your hotel to other people. Thank you for a memorable stay.

2026-06-30

We have had the pleasure of staying at Alle Dolomiti many times and have always had a wonderful holiday. The resort and hotel are first class, the food superb and the staff exceptionally courteous and friendly. We will be back.

2026-06-30

We were very happy with our stay and hope to come back sometime in the future. We found the staff and management friendly and helpful and the service was good.

2026-06-30

Everyone of your staff we met were very polite and efficient particularly the waiter with a ponytail and headband, sorry I forgot his name, but he was so attentive.

2026-06-30

THE. BEST. X9

2026-06-30

All were so welcoming and helpful, from the moment we arrived to our departure, when, even though it was just 7 am, the family were there to say goodbye.

2026-06-30

Everyone was lovely. Marco was especially helpful and sympathetic when we confessed we had been surprised and disappointed to be fined when we used the Trentino card for the train to Bolzano. We hadn't realised it was out of area. It is lovely that the family wave goodbye when our coach leaves.

2026-06-30

Excellent. Cannot wait to see you again.

2026-06-30

Without exception everyone provided a first class service.

2026-06-30

Helpful, friendly and courteous staff. Thank you.

2026-06-30

The staff at reception were always welcoming, friendly and quick to help. We liked how the senior management took personal interest in the guests. Waiting staff (Constantino, Georgia) took time yo help me with my Italian.

2026-06-30

Head waiter. Also the two women waiters. Knowledgeable and helpful. Also staff at front desk. We are unlikely to return because we feel that we have explored Trentino adequately. Nil to do with hotel which is excellent

2026-06-30

What a super time we had at your hotel and the resort. It was first class and we shall definitely be coming again

2026-06-30

All members of staff without exception were friendly, welcoming, helpful and kind. Whenever we had a request staff were very quick to respond. It is the best hotel we have ever stayed in; the interior was beautifully decorated and everywhere was clean and homely. We were very impressed with the members of the family who run the hotel being available to chat with guests. It was lovely to be welcomed by staff on arrival when we were very tired, and for staff to say goodbye when we left.

2026-06-30

Well done on such a beautiful friendly and efficiently run hotel, thank you for a wonderful holiday

2026-06-30

Thank you for a wonderful stay at Alle Dolomiti, a lovely clean hotel, with efficient and friendly staff, situated in a wonderful location. The evening meals were excellent, enhanced by the lovely dining room. Molveno and its surrounding area is truly spectacular.

2026-06-30

Very good overall

2026-06-30

It was a very pleasant stay. Very comfortable and relaxing. Now I have visited I know I would have preferred a mountain view (a) because it is so beautiful and (b) because the lst floor lakeside rooms did not have a view of the lake and I did not appreciate the 'thumpy' music on some nights

2026-06-30

Everyone and everything was outstanding. Loved the location .

2026-06-29

Constantino was very attentive with my dietary requirements, and always smiling and very pleasant.

2026-06-28

Thank you for a lovely stay at your hotel. . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As a vegetarian I found the menu to be excellent with lots of choice.

We had a wonderful stay. Special thanks to Marco and Davide for their friendliness and assistance.

2026-06-25

Thank you for our lovely one week stay. We found everything to be superb from start to finish. An exceptionally well run, warm and welcoming hotel. I must make a very special mention for the excellent food without doubt this is the best standard of hotel dinner we have ever experienced and we have travelled worldwide to every continent.

2026-06-25

2026-06-23

Thanks for all

2026-06-23

A wonderful stay at Alle Dolomiti and so happy to be there for your 50th anniversary. It's so great to stay in hotels that are still family run as its a much more personal experience and as a guest your feel the passion that the family has for the hotel and for Molveno itself. I also loved how patient and appreciative you were with my attempts at speaking Italian. The Xterra event was also a big of a bonus bring a lot of athletes, families and locals together for the weekend. There was a great atmosphere. Thank you all so much for a lovely holiday at Alle Dolomiti x

2026-06-23

We really loved our stay at this hotel, it was perfect. Thank you. We hope to stay with you again.

2026-06-20

Grazie infinite ☺️

Marvelous holiday. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely come again and recommend to colleagues.

2026-06-18

Very welcoming and accommodating. Made our holiday and my wife’s 65th birthday very special. Lovely family atmosphere.

2026-06-18

Thank you Marco, Serena, Pia and all the other staff for a wonderful relaxing holiday. Comfortable rooms, delicious food, friendly welcoming staff nd of course the stunning ciews

2026-06-18

This was our second visit to your hotel and we had a relaxing stay. From the moment we arrived we were treated like old friends. From the warmth of our welcome, the excellent service from all staff, the delicious food, comfortable and relaxing bedroom and bar, everything was perfect. The information on the summer and local buses and the guests cards enhanced our visit. Waking up to the stunning views of the mountains everyday was wonderful Special thanks to Marco and Serena for making our holiday perfect.

2026-06-17

2026-06-16

Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our holiday such a special, memorable one.

2026-06-16

Thank you so very much for making our holiday one of the best we have ever had. Everyone was amazing.

2026-06-16

Your hotel exceeded all my expectations! As a vegetarian I was extremely happy with the options available to me. This was my first time with Saga. I have previously organised my own holidays independently. Your hotel has set a very high standard. Molto bene! Gracie!

2026-06-16

especially waiters

2026-06-16

We enjoyed our stay very much. The building is very pretty with its summer plants and inside is a real mix of decor where there was always something else to catch the eye. You are to be commended on the cleanliness and tidiness of the main areas, bedroom and outside. All the staff are professional, attentive and friendly with cheery smiles and greetings. They clearly enjoy their jobs and want to make everyone welcome - a well knit team. One of the things which attracted me to Alledolomiti was that it is a family run place and the presence of such a lovely family (and lovely collies) all the time was heartwarming. Thank you to all for making our holiday so pleasurable.

2026-06-16

This is the best hotel I have ever visited and we found the staff to be charming and very helpful. Thank you for making our holiday such a happy and memorable experience.

2026-06-16

Great hotel and really enjoyed my stay

2026-06-16

Thank you, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

2026-06-16

On the whole our stay was excellent. All staff were very friendly and welcoming, the food was tremendous and the facilities were great. I was hoping the gym would still be available but sadly not. An excellent hotel - we were lucky to have one of only two rooms with air con and I know some people found it a problem as they were expecting it.

2026-06-16

The whole stay was fantastic. Davide stood out as efficient and friendly.

2026-06-16

Attentive, friendly and courteous

2026-06-16

Thanks for the personal welcome and the waving goodbye when we departed. Personal service made us feel quite special

2026-06-16

All round it was just a great stay

2026-06-14

Thank you for a lovely week, we had an amazing time. A gig thank you for your anniversary evening it was a pleasure to be part of it and the meal was outstanding.

2026-06-14

Amazing hotel, felt so comfortable from the moment we arrived and that is down to the staff. Thank you

2026-06-14

ALL staff friendly, welcoming and courteous. Beautifully presented and cared for exterior.

2026-06-11

We had a lovely few days. The only reason I wouldn’t return would be the lack of things to do in the evening - the town being closed during the evening. I think the resort is best suited to walkers and cyclists or young families using the sports facilities. That said it was beautiful, clean and I could not fault the staff.

2026-06-11

Lovely stay, great hotel and food. Resort was much smaller and quieter than expected.

2026-06-09

Thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful hotel. Excellently run and wonderful family and staff. We will be back!

2026-06-09

We enjoyed our stay thank you

2026-06-09

This was my third visit to the hotel and fourth visit to Molveno. The trip was bittersweet as I did miss my husband who also loved Molveno but the family and management team and all staff made it magical as always.

2026-06-09

Your entire team is a credit to your family values, well don3!

2026-06-09

I would like to thank the catering for ensuring my dietary requirement was catered for and I was able to enjoy full choice from the meals offered .

2026-06-09

I have been in Molveno at Alle Dolomiti Hotel three years running and I, quite simply, love it here! Everything is lovely. Staff members are friendly and charming, even the dogs and cats are charming! Facilities are superb. Information freely and generously provided. You could not wish for or even imagine a nicer, more comfortable or more relaxing place to stay in. I'll be back! For sure.

2026-06-09

You are all marvellous at this exceptional hotel. Xx

2026-06-09

Beautiful hotel in excellent location with helpful staff

2026-06-09

Thank you for a lively stay. The hotel is perfectly situated, pool was heated, staff so friendly… congratulations to everybody!!!

2026-06-07

Thank you for a wonderful 1 week stay. Such a welcoming friendly hotel, with lovely views and great location. The breakfast choices were excellent and the evening meals were a delicious treat every time, we enjoyed the food so much. You have a wonderful hotel in a truly beautiful location.

2026-06-07

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Dankeschön

2026-06-07

Special thanks to Davide, who looked after us very well in both restaurants.

2026-06-07

Exceptional staff. So kind caring and friendly. Davide is an absolute star! Reception and bar staff so good. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the drinks were reasonable as too were the spa prices. The massages we had were exceptional.

2026-06-07

2026-06-02

I would like to say how wonderful all the staff were but make especial mention of Nicola (or Nicole - not sure of her exact name) with whom I had two massage sessions in the Wellness Centre. I had arrived at the hotel with a trapped nerve in my neck which affected my arm and was tremendously painful however thanks to her work the pain was reduced and became manageable allowing me to enjoy my holiday more than I had anticipated, so very well done to her. The food was exemplary, we have travelled quite a lot through Italy in the last 30 years but to have the wonderful authentic Italian cooking we had every night was such a pleasure and a surprise to us, something we will recommend to all our friends. Marissa was also such a delight, her humour and calm delivery with some challenging clients was amazing, another asset for the hotel.

2026-06-02

We had a wonderful stay at Alle Dolomiti, we already expected it to be a great holiday but the hotel, the staff, the food and the resort itself all exceeded our expectations. Nothing can compare to waking up the morning after our late-evening arrival and opening the curtains to see the view of the mountains! Dinners were exceptional and the all the staff were so friendly that we felt really at home.

2026-06-02

Our stay was a very good experience

2026-06-02

Just to thank all staff for performing their role in an excellent manner.

2026-06-02

It was all excellent and the location beautiful.

2026-06-02

Thanks for a wonderful stay! We appreciate the friendly, personal service and attention to detail.

2026-06-02

Staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was exceptionally clean and looked well maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable and we had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is well located to explore the area and in a lovely setting. Food was good with restaurant staff attentive, friendly and helpful.

2026-06-02

This was one of the best holidays we've ever had. Your hotel was everything we anticipated and more. Your staff are magnificent. The service we received from everyone was world class. Thank you for making our holiday a truly rememberable experience.

2026-06-02

Everybody was extremely courteous and helpful

2026-06-02

The hotel was very clean, very peaceful and very relaxing and all of the staff were very friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. Outside areas were very well equipped with a good range of furniture. Special mention to the owner (?) who worked long and hard in the gardens which, like Molveno, were filled with colourful flowers and displays Also a mention to your well behaved and quiet dogs (and cats)

2026-06-02

Ci siamo sempre trovati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente.

2026-06-02

I had a wonderful stay, everyone was so polite, kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and so are the surrounding. Our travel rep Marissa was absolutely amazing .

2026-06-02

Another excellent stay. I last visited the Christmas after Covid and will definitely come back. Excellent staff and genuine hospitality

2026-06-02

The hotel is superb - beautifully presented and with so much attention to detail. We got the feeling that for the owners this has been a life's work - they want their guests to feel cossetted and valued. We loved our room (306) - it was a visual treat for artists like us. The food was lovely and distinctive - a chef with imagination. Excellent staff all round. Honestly, the best hotel we have stayed in - friendly and welcomong. Thank you Sarah and Geoffrey Bradford

2026-06-02

We loved our stay at the hotel and we appreciated how well the entire staff welcomed us and cared for us. Thank you to everyone. It's a lovely hotel in a beautiful location and the attention to detail in creating a welcoming place for guests is excellent. We look forward to visiting again and have recommended it to our friends.

2026-06-02

Thank you for a very pleasant stay. You run a welcoming and efficient hotel, with a real family-run feel. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and well looked after. We had a great time.

2026-06-02

All the staff were wonderful, especially in the restaurant and at breakfast time.

2026-06-02

Maria and I would like to thank all of you at AlleDolomiti for making our stay so memorable, comfortable and enjoyable. We found your hospitality so warm and welcoming. We really felt the family presence in every part of the hotel. The staff were amazing, Davide, Georgia, Daniel and Constantino were amazing.

2026-06-01

We had a fantastic week at the hotel. All staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Most of our dealings were with Marco, Daniele and Constantino who were excellent, but a big thank you to all the staff for making us so welcome and our stay so pleasant. The atmosphere of the hotel was very relaxed and homely in a beautiful peaceful setting. The decor throughout was lovely and a real eclectic mix that fitted together beautifully. All the rooms throughout, and the bedroom, were spotless, as were the garden, spa and pool areas so the cleaning and gardening staff should also be congratulated. All the food was freshly prepared and delicious, so a great kitchen staff as well!. The hotel is clearly a well loved family hotel, run with pride, and one of the best we have stayed in. We hope to stay again and thoroughly recommend. Thank you so much Tim and Donna Hurd.

RINGRAZIO DELLA PIACEVOLE VACANZA NEL VOSTRO HOTEL

2026-03-04

Marco was my first impression of the hotel and his frinedly-ness and happiness really set the tone for my stay. I loved being able to meet Pia the first night and hear more about the history of the hotel and your family. Constantine and Natalya were both so kind and efficient in their service. We love everything about the hotel. You are so helpful and accommodating and so staying with you is a joy. We were so grateful for the lovely room and the bath was great for Jonty, an amputee. Molveno is very special and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you so much, Penny and Jonty Warneken xxx

2026-02-09

Great property and great people. The two things that are essential for a hotel. We desperately needed tape for the European Champs during the meet and a front desk worker was able to get it for us. From the welcome the first day to a prepared breakfast because we were leaving at 4:30AM before breakfast opened the staff consistently went above and beyond. The next time that Ice Swimming brings me back to Molveno I will look forward to staying with you again!

2026-02-09

Thank you again for all you did for me, Jonty and my wife Penny. Your service and help is much appreciated.

2026-02-09

2025-12-29

This was our first time of visiting Molveno and our stay at the Hotel was just magnificent from start to finish. It is a family run business and the staff were most welcoming and attentive at all times. Our room was front facing and overlooked the fabulous lake with a view of the mountains, how stimulating is this! The room was just so well presented and the bed was comfortable. It was with great pleasure that we got to enjoy the restaurant and the food service each breakfast and evening meal time. The quality of the food and the service was a joy and something to look forward to. The village has all the facilities that you would require and all within walking distance and there are lake walks to enjoy as well. Everything was just so pleasurable and all the staff were so attentive at all times, nothing was too much bother. Add in that our stay was over the Christmas period and the hotel and village were all lit up in the festive spirit making it very magical. The only downside was that we had to return home at the end of our short holiday but we will return. So thank you to you all at the Hotel AlleDolomite….. you made our stay one of the best!

2025-12-29

Thank you all so much for the fantastic stay. Top hotel and facilities, thoroughly recommended.
