Desidero fare i super complimenti alla reception manager Daniela, che mi ha convinta a prenotare la camera UNIQUE, piu' costosa di tutte (stupenda ed in posizione strategica!), facendomi sentire una cliente abitue', da vero speciale, alla signora Laura vostra governante, che mi ha risolto un problema ad una camicia di seta, salvando questa camicia preziosa, a tutto lo staff del ristorante che, compresi i ragazzi di giovane eta', si sono dimostrati tutti molto solerti e competenti e premurosi nei miei confronti, in quanto sono cliente difficile perche' celiaca grave e non ho avuto nessuna conseguenza fisica riguardante eventuale contaminazione e quindi faccio grandi complimenti anche allo staff in cucina, che non ho conosciuto ma che lavora duramente "dietro le quinte", per non fare stare male, ma anzi per fare anche " coccole culinarie", che i celiaci non sono mai abituati a ricevere. Die Anlage ist traumhaft gepflegt, das gesamte Team arbeitet hochprofessionell und sorgt dafür, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlt. Das Essen war erstklassig – abwechslungsreich, frisch und wirklich auf hohem Niveau. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Abend‑ bzw. Live‑Musik war nicht ganz unser Geschmack. Aber das hat den insgesamt großartigen Eindruck keineswegs geschmälert. Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen, Genießen und Abschalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Also a very big thank you to the chef/team in the kitchen who cooked amazing dinners every day - the food was superb! - Luca the pianist who played in the evenings, and was brilliant - Luca at the bar, who made fantastic cocktails - The housekeeping staff, who cleaned and turned-down our room every day - the room was spotlessly clean, and they did lovely touches, like leaving out our pyjamas, and leaving chocolates each day. Wir wurden sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend bedient, einfach ausgezeichnet!! Der Service im Restaurant war hervorragend und zwar von allen 4 Personen, Ernesto, Francesco, Marialena und Anna!!!! Herzlichen Dank darfür! An der Reception haben wir mit Valentina eine äusserst sympathische und zuvorkommende Person getroffen, sie hat uns freundlich und umsorgt empfangen und uns durch die Woche "begleitet"!! Liebe Valentina, ganz herzlichen Dank dafür, Du wirst uns immer in Erinnerung bleiben. Aber wir hoffen doch sehr, dass wir uns wieder sehen werden.
