Our stay at Hotel La Bisaccia was simply unforgettable. The hotel is beautiful, with a stunning location, breathtaking views, comfortable rooms, an excellent breakfast, and an outstanding team. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed, and every detail exceeded our expectations. This trip was even more meaningful because we chose Hotel La Bisaccia to celebrate two very special occasions: my wife’s birthday and the renewal of our wedding vows. Renewing our vows with such an incredible view and the unique atmosphere of this beautiful place was an unforgettable experience that we will cherish forever. I would especially like to thank Erika, who made our stay even more memorable. Before we even arrived, she helped me organize a surprise for my wife’s birthday, taking care of every detail with exceptional kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The cake, the handmade chocolates, and the entire surprise were perfect, and my wife was deeply touched. I would also like to thank the hotel for the wonderful room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. It was a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. Hotel La Bisaccia gave us much more than a wonderful stay—it gave us memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. Thank you, Erika, and thank you to the entire team. We will definitely be back and will gladly recommend Hotel La Bisaccia to anyone visiting Sardinia. Kind Regards, Felipe Sales

2026-07-23

Valerio and Nichole st the front were the most helpful! I did notice the rest of front of house speaking poorly about us right in front of us, assuming because they didn’t think we understood. I speak fluent Spanish and fluent Portuguese so was able to comprehend the not so nice things being said right in front us- despite us being so polite to everyone.

2026-07-23

The surroundings are very beautiful, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The housekeeping was highly professional throughout our stay, and the restaurant staff was very kind

The swimming pool and loungers are one of the best we’ve used, the beds were extremely comfortable. The gardens were beautiful with lots of wildlife for us to enjoy seeing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you and appreciated seeing the kindness shown to your elderly visitors by the lifeguards and waiting staff.

2026-06-28

2026-06-28

Es war sehr schön undxsehr freundlich.

His professionalism, helpfulness and whole demeanour were well beyond his age and much appreciated. We wish him well for an excellent future. He deserves it. Don’t lose him. Overall, and despite some of the reports that we have made, we thoroughly enjoyed our week there. It is a lovely hotel in a wonderful location. We hope to return for our third visit in the future.

Stunning hotel and room. 104 Staff makes this place special. Waiters, Dining Room manager (Mr Bond he said James Bond 😂). He was so funny. Cleaners excellent. Pool bar staff chatty. Mr Piano Man great. Everyone professional. Only one who was glum and not smiling was the older tall man on reception who checked us out early morning on 7 June as he never even said goodbye or asked if we had had a good holiday. Just took our payment! Thanks to chef who baked me a surprise birthday cake and everyone sang happy birthday. Best cake I have ever tasted. Wonderful place. We were also celebrating our golden wedding anniversary. Perfect place. Thank you all so very much. From Mr and Mrs Woodcock

2026-06-05

Compliments to the housekeeping team for excellent daily cleaning of the room. Breakfast team was always very welcoming and made sure our breakfast was relaxed. Bar team was very hospitable and welcoming. Same for the restaurant team during dinner. Furthermore we are very happy that in your hotel there are no issues in finding a sun bed and hardly any guests reserving their spot without being at the pool. That is our number one irritation when traveling and a reason to choose this location. It truly adds value to a comfortable stay. Hope this will be maintained!

2026-06-05

2026-05-26

We found all the bar and restaurant staff to be both efficient and friendly, but we wish to send our appreciation in particular to Anna and Daniele, who were our main waiters, who had such a nice kind manner and helped us with the wine list, as we wanted to try the local wines of Sardegna. Compliments to the chef too, the food in the evening was delicious and we loved the extensive choice at the breakfast buffet! All in all, we were very happy that we chose this hotel :-)

2026-05-10

Otherwise with the previous post, all services were on par. Your hotel locations was fantastic not only being on the beach but having a small quest town right there and driving to other locations north on the island.

2026-05-10

Many thanks for the dining room staff. Their so friendly and service was smooth and filling. Always a smiling warm welcome every morning. Our time was difficult as the weather was very stormy, and raining alot, but they were always so kind and friendly. As was the reception staff. The hotel is lovely and we enjoyed our vacation , A suggestion would be on a rainy day, maybe a cooking class from the chefs, would be fun. Or make a new cocktail of floral class. A few table games, would have helped with the time passing. Congratulations, wonderful service. Highly recommend.
