To be fair, this has been one of the best stays that I remember. The hotel facilities are excellent, the staff is super friendly, the room is comfortable and clean. Good breakfast. The cost is in line with the quality of the service. Just a small remark: the parking places are quite limited. Congratulations for everything.

Thanks to the cleaning staff who were very eager to offer to clean our rooms everyday. Usually we decline room cleaning during our hotel stay and especially here as we stayed only 4 nights. However, they came to clean our room when we were away for the whole day one day so we were pleasantly surprised when we came back to the room. We appreciate the finesse they showed in the way they tidied the room and gave more towels. The breakfast staff was also very kind as we came a few minutes before closing one day and they explained and allowed us to have something quick to eat. Reception staff was friendly as well. Bravo! We look forward to returning to your hotel.

Torniamo sempre con piacere perché qui ci sentiamo davvero a casa. Ogni volta la gentilezza e le piccole attenzioni che ci riservate trasformano il soggiorno in una coccola. Un grazie di cuore a Marco, sempre pronto ad accoglierci con disponibilità e simpatia; alle instancabili signore delle pulizie, che con il loro lavoro rendono ogni ambiente impeccabile; alle signore del buffet colazione, che con i loro sorrisi mattutini sanno rendere speciale anche un caffè; e a tutta la direzione, che fa sentire gli ospiti importanti. Quest’anno abbiamo conosciuto le nuove receptionist, molto sorridenti, gentili e disponibili, e pur apprezzandole molto non possiamo non ricordare con affetto Simona e Melania: due presenze che resteranno sempre legate ai nostri ricordi. Grazie a tutti per aver reso anche questa vacanza una pausa di serenità e di tranquillità.

Vielen Dank für unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel. Unser Badezimmer war erstklassig, wirklich sehr sehr toll. Das Zimmer war super geräumig und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Terasse. Ihr Hotel liegt sehr zentral, sodass man de Hafen, Strand, die Berge leicht zu Fuß erreichen konnte.
