The staff was awesome, extremely accommodating and helpful. We booked only one night and realized we needed to add two more nights. They booked us into their sister hotel Antico, for the second night. They delivered our luggage to the other hotel for us. The third night, we returned to Palazzo Scamozzi and our luggage was waiting for us in our room. We had problems with our cell phones and they made phones calls for us. They helped us in so many ways. We will forever be grateful for them.

Very warm welcome on our arrival. We all requested extra bedding as it was cold in the rooms but they very kindly put on the central heating which was a welcome relief. Very helpful polite and nothing was too much trouble. My only comment negatively was the TV channels did not work at all.

Thank you for the personal nature of the attention by the staff. Finding someone awake at the front desk late at night, available to let us in to the lobby was very helpful. We also enjoyed the convenience of checking baggage after checkout and returning later in the day to claim it. Your staff made that process very easy.

All staff members were professional and accommodating. When part of our group wanted to have drinks in the evening, the staff opened the bar and made sure they were taken care of. This was not expected but appreciated.

We had a great stay at Palazzo Scamozzi! Particular thanks to Vadim, who helped arrange my airport transfer & had thoughtful+delicious restaurant recommendations.
