Ansonsten: super

Improve the lunch quality of the dishes, especially for kids. Antipasti are already good but salads and healthy, not too heavy warm lunch dishes need improvement. Quality of some dishes is just below the rest of the resort and especially the dinner service

In particolare Clara molto pronta e attenta.

Delilah- amazing, fantastic, brilliant. And the staff at the beach bar- brilliant
2026-08-07
Casual pool side dining, eg paninis, salads would be great to have on the menu. It would allow for casual pool side dining, and the more traditional options could remain for those who want a more formal meal.
2026-08-07
Ilaria in reception - genuinely friendly, courteous and helpful
2026-08-06

2026-08-01

The menue was fine, but most of the dishes were not available for reasons given. Which left little choice.
2026-07-29
Exceptional service from start to finish! The staff was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I would like to thank ALL management and staff for their professionalism. I also want to extend a special thank you to the restaurant staff for the spectacular and fantastic menu for a person who suffer from various allergies, intolerances and chronic asthma. I have never been treated in such a special way anywhere whatsoever. The consideration and assistance during meals are way beyond what is expected. The prices for all are very much in line for such an establishment and appreciated. A special thank you to Restaurant staff, but a special thank you to Rosario, the attendant in the restaurant, for always ensuring I was treated properly, food was prepared in such a way that there was no chance of any allergies. You all really made me feel very special. From arrival to departure, it was a pleasure and a surprise to be treated with such kindness and respect. We hope to see you all soon again. Natasha and Rudi

Happy with the choice.

Few more "classic pastas" at more reasonable price, if so we would have eaten more often (potentially daily). Parmesan my son had with pasta here had clearly utilised even the end of the parmesan, the rind which gave bitter unpleasant taste. I worked in hospitality for over 10 years in UK. That poolside lunch spot could make an absolute killing if it focused on fresh pizza and pasta and a more reasonable price. Just my honest thought if it were my own place.
2026-06-28
All were very pleasant and professional, as a Scots Italian I was proud of how they acted and showed the best of italian hospitality to my British wife and in laws. The experience was far more welcoming, just as I remember as a child going to casale marritimo (my nonna village). You don't always get that warmness in the major italian cities. Never change employing the locals!

Gluten free options on pasta and pizza and cakes. Thus comment applies to all your restaurants. More gluten free options at all meal times in all restaurants. Please advertise where gluten free options can be requested and train your staff to offer these particularly where you have been informed of serious dietary allergies such as coeliac disease. Two members of our party therefore did not enjoy as wide a range of options of the lovely food provided.

Hendricks Barman was very nice. The Maitre D’ and the young female managers were all very helpful friendly and funny and took time to ask us how things were. The serving staff and housekeepers were all lovely and spoke to us each day and we appreciated their hard work. All the staff were great.

We were unhappy with our original room just because it didn’t meet expectations. We voiced our concern and the agent switched rooms and it was amazing. I was very impressed with the entire hotel and staff. The house cleaners and breakfast were exceptionally courteous. I would stay there without a doubt every year.

Each and every one of your team members are an asset to your establishment. The waiting staff on breakfast were simply outstanding. Reception team and Spa team super helpful. Every one we interacted with treated us with utmost respect and care. The gentleman looking after breakfast service (i assume manager) was really hands on. Always present and interacting with guests. There are a million hotels out there, what makes yours truly special are the people who work tirelessly to make guests holidays special and memorable.
