Liebes Team der Geschäftsleitung, ich möchte Ihnen gerne ein ganz großes Lob aussprechen. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und genießen unseren Aufenthalt im Colonna Resort sehr. Für uns ist es bereits das dritte Mal, dass wir hier zu Gast sind – und wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne. Die wunderschöne Anlage, der hervorragende Service, die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Teams und die angenehme Atmosphäre machen unseren Aufenthalt jedes Mal zu etwas Besonderem. Man merkt, dass hier sehr viel Wert auf Qualität und das Wohl der Gäste gelegt wird. Wir fühlen uns von Anfang an herzlich willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Das gesamte Personal im Restaurant, im Poolbereich, am Meer, in der Bar,,an der Rezeption und im Shuttle Bus ist Sehr hilfsbereit, stilvoll und alle waren besonders freundlich und zuvorkommend bei der Unterstützung (Rollstuhl).

The Spa was the BEST. We did the 2 hour massage experience and it was the BEST MASSAGE we ever had. Kara and Veronica did amazing jobs and Manuela was so kind and welcoming. I just have a few small comments that I hope can help improve the guest experience even further: * Breakfast area: I think it would be better if the glasses were already placed on the tables rather than having guests take a glass themselves and then sit down. It would look more organized and elegant. * Room service menu: It would be great to have a wider variety of options available. * Lunch menu: I also feel that having more choices on the lunch menu would be a nice improvement. We like the most of the staff because of their friendly/hospitality in reception and restaurant breakfast and dining (and a young boy for lunch) The location and space around the pool was perfect…also the towel service. The breakfast was perfect and also the outside space for breakfast and dining. Inside was not very warm the furniture… The professional from Veronika in the wellness was good! I greatly appreciate the prompt notification that I had left my car key in the room. While I wasn’t able to wait for it that day, letting me know within an hour gave me time to make arrangements to have my spare shipped so it was waiting for me when I arrived in the US (4 1/2 hours from my home) the next day. The desk representative was incredibly empathetic and after three phone calls while working on a solution, her coordination with the firm that ships lost items was immediate. This is a level of service and empathy that is rare these days - please let her (and her managers) know that it is greatly appreciated.

Un seul regret mais vous n'y pouvez rien est la cherté des taxis (220 euros allez-retour) avec l'aéroport, cela n'est pas négligeable. Un grand merci au chef de cuisine qui a préparé un plat sur mesure à mon épouse (spaghetti aux fruits de mer) quand cela n'était pas sur la carte. L'hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu. Un seul regret avec les guêpes le matin au déjeuner. C'est la saison. Les piscines sont superbes et le principe à l'eau de mer fut très agréable car bien moins agressif que le chlore.
