2026-09-29

2026-09-27

I'm happy to stay this hotel every time.

2026-09-23

The shower was not intuitive to operate. Would recommend some written instructions to help guests be able to better enjoy. Had difficulty getting hot water from overhead unit.

2026-09-22

The service at the CM was outstanding! I received excellent suggestions on restaurants, and help on how to use the subway. The housekeeping staff were all so helpful and efficient. Our room was lovely and extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Milan

2026-09-21

2026-09-19

Staff was excellent

2026-09-13

Simone was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and at check in. Other front desk staff were also very helpful for securing taxis. Your musicians made the bar area very pleasant and what we looked forward to.

2026-09-13

2026-08-20

This s a magical hotel with design details that create enchanting environments every where you look.

2026-08-20

2026-08-18

Very nice accommodation overall. Felt like a fairytale.

2026-08-18

Vielen Dank.

2026-08-15

Really? 11 euros by a beverage like tonic?

2026-08-15

Bench in sauna was broken, wiggly when you sat on it.

2026-08-14

2026-08-13

2026-07-31

Little better information about which room is qualified for the use of the Spa without an additional fee.

2026-07-27

2026-07-24

This was our second stay at the hotel and we loved it just as much this time. Every member of staff was excellent and we felt very welcomed. Our observation is that upon checkout we were disappointed to see that we had an additional service charge on our bill of over 100 euros. We had charged breakfasts and drinks and included tips every time so this felt unnecessary. It was pointed out to us when we were presented with the bill so we are grateful for this transparency and when we explained that we had already paid a service charge, the extra one was removed without a problem. We would also like to note that we were confused in the spa area about the male and female sides. Maybe some more signage inside would be useful. We would also like to compliment the high standard of food and cleanliness throughout.

2026-07-23

2026-07-20

Really lovely stay. Disappointed that there was no access to the pool.

2026-07-20

2026-07-01

Blue and red lights in room was weird

2026-06-29

2026-06-28

Natalie on the reception was very welcoming.

2026-06-26

I am a travel agent and will book this hotel again for clients

2026-06-26

Excellent, we are recommending to all our friends and will certainly book again

2026-06-27

From the moment I booked my room until the moment I checked-out, the staff at your property was outstanding -- professiional, friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel and spa are lovely but it is your staff that makes it truly special!

2026-06-26

In our bedroom we had no hot water and the television didnt work The breakfast perhaps could do with more staff as things kept running out. We mainly had a lovely stay at your hotel and would return

2026-06-26

Every person I communicate with during the stay was super friendly and professional! Many thanks!

2026-06-25

2026-06-22

The customer service was excellent and the property is beautiful.

2026-06-20

my observations are as per aforementioned text otherwise all very well . . .

2026-06-16

the drinks are too expensive in your bar. they were average in quality. the atmosphere was very nice, however

2026-06-14

Vielen herzlichen Dank!

2026-06-12

2026-06-03

Tous était parfait. Mention spéciale à l’ensemble du personnel

2026-06-02

Wir wurden immer sehr, sehr zuvorkommend behandelt.

2026-05-31

Our room wasn’t ready at 14 o’clock and that was the only downside.

2026-05-29

Stunning hotel , amazing breakfast and great service.

2026-05-26

the service of the reception is great. especialy Athena provides to service and responsivness

2026-05-25

Inside the room there is no privacy for the bathroom and shower. The bathroom and shower area is separate from the rest of the room by see-through glass, which can only be partially covered by a curtain. This could be a problem for some people.

2026-05-26

2026-05-24

Whoever has trained the staff has done a great job. Our stay was better at Chateau Montfort than it was at other hotels of the same category. The decor at Chateau Montfort is very fresh and appealing. We also appreciated the complimentary food items like strawberries that greeted us upon our arrival. Thank you!

2026-05-24

Special thanks to the Egyptian and Afghan staff members. They provided excellent service and made my visit very smooth and comfortable.

2026-05-21

Staff were outstanding throughout -- especially those at the front desk. Asya and Atena were very helpful, but those are the only names I can remember. Everyone behind the desk was fantastic.

2026-05-19

2026-05-19

Fantastische Küche

2026-05-18

We really appreciated the surprise sweets and bottle of Prosecco to acknowledge my wife's birthday. That was a complete surprise.

2026-05-18

2026-05-12

Everyone was absolutely charming! Noted that the tub stopper had to be pulled up and out in order for the toilet b to drain and the porcelain light fixture in the corner of the room didn’t work. Minor, minor. There s a reason why we have stayed with you all three times we have visited Milan! love your hotel! Dinner at the bar was fantastic as well!

2026-05-12

We received a gift in our room from the hotel management for a special occasion, for which we were extremely grateful.

2026-05-11

Loved the decor, the wide staircase, the china. Everything is lovely.

2026-05-11

Merci à l ensemble du personnel

2026-05-09

Experiences coordinator was wonderful. Location so close to Metro and tram lines was an unexpected bonus.

2026-05-14

Cibo molto buono e ben presentato, perfetto nelle porzioni. Ringraziamo Sara, Simona e tutto lo staff.

2026-05-07

The staff is superlative from greetings on entrance, front door staff, reception staff, and cleaning staff. The restaurant staff is so warm and friendly and does an excellent job for which the hotel should be justly proud. What a wonderful hotel. My room was fairly small, but magical nonetheless.

2026-05-05

molto gentili e disponibili ad ogni richiesta

2026-05-04

2026-05-07

Sempre la mia seconda casa.

2026-04-30

Staff with high grade of attention.

2026-04-29

If we had known that we would be the only 2 diners in the restaurant on a Saturday night I think we might have gone somewhere else……….and there were so many amuses bouches that combined with the snacks supplied with the drinks in the bar meant we couldn’t do the food real justice..

2026-04-27

Lara Beretta WOW !

2026-04-14

We had a wonderful stay last week and the staff was very lovely. I like to send special compliments to the people from reception who helped us find some nice restaurants, the guys from the bar who provide perfect service and the staff at the breakfast room, especially the tall guy we spoke to on several occasions (has family in the Netherlands) . Room was great, loved the details and also the view from our balcony on the 1st floor to the "square" inside. And we ran into an incident outside (nothing to do with the hotel) where we were helped by a doorman AND also received a card and very nice chocolates from the staff (not needed at all but very thankful you were so attentive). That said I think you can see we had a great stay in your beautiful hotel and will surely be back!

2026-04-13

Fantastic place. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. We will be back!!

2026-04-14

The point about the shower and bath situation

2026-04-14

2026-04-13

2026-04-08

You went above and beyond for us during our 5 night stay. I celebrated my birthday while we were there and every one of the staff were wonderful and helped me have an excellent day. Simone (concierge) and Saad (waiter) are two of the staff who were especially lovely. We will definitely stay again when we return to Milan,

2026-04-07

2026-04-06

Toller Service vom ganzen Team

2026-04-07

All the staff were friendly. Breakfast staff and reception especially.

2026-04-05

The deluxe room we were given did not have a shower. I would not stay in that room again and would not choose to stay in the hotel unless the room provided had a shower.

2026-04-03

First class service

2026-03-29

Grazie ancora.

2026-03-28

Staff attento e sempre sorridente e disponibile.

2026-03-27

The bar menu and service was excellent and I really appreciated the live music - both the pianist and the harpist. I didnt receive any welcome emails or contact prior to arriving - that would have been nice. The furnishings and quirky touches were wonderful. The breakfast was better than advertised on the British Airways website as it included full hot options as well. The check in on arrival was personal, high quality and very welcoming.

2026-03-27

Exceptional hotel. Rooms, service and location were perfect. Dinner at Rubacuori was our best meal in Milan / Italy this trip (and we visited numerous Michelin restaurants). Menu, service, food preparation and plating, wine menu (and assistance in choosing) and value were all absolutely top class. Thank you!

2026-03-27

personale reception all'arrivo e in bar

2026-03-25

Your staff are brilliant and their level of service, friendliness and attention to detail are exceptional. The bar staff, cleaners, front desk, people at breakfast and doorman, all great!

2026-03-26

Complimenti allo staff, tutti molto gentili e sorridenti

2026-03-24

2026-03-23

2026-03-03

Like this place a lot!

2026-02-28

Dear Hotel Team, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of you for your kindness and professionalism during our stay. In particular, I want to thank the wonderful staff member who assisted us in Spanish when we requested a room change. We had initially been assigned a suite without windows, and due to my claustrophobia, this situation was very difficult for me. She handled our request with exceptional patience, understanding, and genuine empathy. Her calm attitude and willingness to help made a significant difference for us. Changing rooms is not always easy from an operational standpoint, yet she approached the situation with kindness and professionalism at all times. Please extend my appreciation to her personally. Experiences like this are what truly define excellent hospitality. Thank you again to the entire team for making our stay comfortable and pleasant. Warm regards, Toni Badias

2026-03-11

Ringrazio e faccio i complimenti all’organizzatrici dell’evento che sono state cortesi, gentili e puntuali

2026-02-25

Cleaning staff was wonderful! Doormen were very pleasant!

2026-02-25

Staff was amazing !

2026-02-24

We had a fantastic stay at your wonderful hotel. The hotel is beautiful, but of specific note should be your amazing staff - they were each extremely helpful, professional and friendly - excellent ambassadors for your hotel. We would stay again in a heartbeat and will recommend your hotel to our friends visiting Milan. Thank you for making our stay so special.

2026-02-22

Staff is wonderful. Everyone we spoke to was so helpful. The room felt way too small for 2 people. We were upgraded to a superior room. I don’t k ow what we would have done in anything smaller. We were there for a week and I didn’t unpack because nowhere to put my clothes.

2026-02-21

2026-02-13

The staff was incredible. We stayed for nearly two weeks and saying goodbye actually felt like I was leaving family behind. Your staff is incredible! Kudos to Sekou, Luigi, and Benji for the delicious beverages, amazing service and big welcoming smiles. We loved our stay.

2026-02-13

The service was impeccable! If we expressed a need or even before we could, someone addressed it, no request was refused, if some thing wasn’t possible, a solution was suggested. Great service and great people. Storage in room 208 would have made our stay perfect. Also, in this time, at 5 stars, each bedside should have an outlet for charging phones.

2026-02-13

2026-02-11

Absolutely wonderful experience. Milan is a beautiful city and your beautiful facility only enhanced our stay. We WILL be back!

2026-02-11

Your staff is incredible. The service is out of this world. Everywhere in the hotel. From door men, reception, to bar staff. Well done. It is very rare to find such high level service. Amazing. Room is great. Super clean and super cleaning. Spa is great too.

Das Personal war wirklich one of a kind.

2025-12-09

Merveilleux hôtel, la décoration est incroyable !

2025-12-10

Le decorazioni natalizie sono fiabesche!

2025-12-09

2025-12-07

The door men and front desk staff were excellent! So helpful and friendly yet professional. Our room was quaint and comfortable and beautifully decorated, but not having a shower was inconvenient.

Executive room is basic superior room on extra prices. There is no 26m2 then maybe 16. IT should be 5 star hotel and staying should be pleasant and that can’t be on so small room. 404 is not looking on pictures

There was not one single drawer in the room. One pays 600 Euros per night and then you need to leave your clothes on the sofa, for that reason alone we will not be coming back. It's disrespectful. Beyond that, the room and hotel is underwhelming compared to the impresison created on the website. I actually think you should have a website that is more faithful to the actual feeling one has when live at the hotel to avoid disappointing your guests that much.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at, the level of service was exceptional

Walter, the general manager, was incredibly attentive and helpful to us during our stay. All the staff were pleasant, efficient and very professional. During breakfast, the woman working in the restaurant ( I didn't get her name), went out of her way to assist me and she and other staff members assisted me in bringing food to my room for my travel friend who was not well.

Superb service from everyone at the hotel, but will call out Lara and Matteo who helped us with reservations for The Last Supper and some small items we requested for our room. Their service was friendly, efficient and worthy of note. Thank you to them both.

The Spa could have strong flows for the back, this is what really makes it an Spa and relaxes people, the water bubbles and strong flows.

Room 402 seemed to be near a staffing area and was a bit noisy as they moved carts and equipment around.

All of the people at the front desk were wonderful, kind and helpful. We especially appreciated Julia who we had the most interactions with.

The entire staff was very welcoming, and I especially appreciated the doormen. Their warmth made me feel truly welcome.

Beautiful accommodations. Would suggest more outlets or ports for phones and computers. Housekeeping did a fantastic job with our room, it was spotless! Maybe more english stations offered on the television.

Complimenti per tutto. Veramente un ottimo hotel.

An outstanding hotel and one of the best stays in Europe in some time.

Unpleasant smell in bathroom, like standing water or swimming pool smell.

Compliments: - Service is great in general, as well as location, special thanks for unexpected nice gift for our little baby girl - Dinner at the restaurant is also fantastic Observations: - Breakfast is dissatisfying - booked R&C htl with breakfast included to be able to enjoy exceptional a la carte F&B experience to find out that egg by the wish is to be extra charged (!?) Furthermore, croissants were not good, eggs benedict although with surcharge was one of the worst I ever had - shamefully small portion (one egg?), watery and with no taste. In addition, I was requested to sign the surcharge immediately when it came on the table (???) - so instead to enjoy it while it is hot I need to deal with paperwork, as a hotel guest - a little bit inappropriate. Fresh orange jus tastes like supermarket one.

Check in/check out was very good.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. There were many great qualities, but the most important is that the staff was impeccable. I felt like everyone who worked there was there to help us…. with anything. Bravo. Also… pastries at breakfast were fabulous. In fact the breakfast buffet spoiled me!

Updates look great.
