Wonderful, helpful team of staff who arranged our taxi ride with Sergio and was also kind enough to give us the Rick Steves 5% discount. We mostly worked with Maxim. Excellent, clean hotel, perfect location for all our sightseeing. Breakfast was also very good. We will recommend your hotel to other visitors.

All the staff was courteous and helpful. I had the most dealings with Oreste before and after. He was most helpful with dining reservations, transfers etc. It was greatly appreciated that free water and soft drinks were provided. A nice touch with the complimentary chocolate. The bed,pillows and linens were very comfortable.

Don’t remember the receptions man’s name. He was very helpful and wonderful. room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was wonderful and grand.

Your hotel is my favorite in all of Italy! Reception staff are so kind and helpful, the room was sparkling clean and charming, and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated the free beverages (water, juice and sodas) in the minibar. Thank you for your hospitality!

Since arrival until departure, everyone at Hotel Gran Duca di York was professional, courteous, helpful and willing to help in any and every way. We enjoyed our 5 day stay very much because of the outstanding service provided by all the hotel staff - all of them! Breakfast was great, location of hotel of just right, and the price per night was very reasonable. Thank you so much for everything .... we highly recommend this hotel ... we certainly will stay at this outstanding hotel when we next visit Milan.
