Wait staff for dinners and breakfast were super nice, efficient and friendly. Gentleman (we did not get his name) who checked us in and seemed to oversee our needs by poolside was extremely personable and attentive. He was excellent, even brought a bag of ice to my grand daughter when she hurt her head in the pool.

2026-08-14
2026-08-12
The people in the reception were very professional and precise. The bar/breakfast management was conducted in a very polite and friendly manner. The gardeners/property service also seemed like lovely people and greeted. Lastly the staff in the restaurant were very nice and we enjoyed their service and conversation. Lastly, we told Elionora (probably misspelled that) that we would rate a particular Torta della Nonna based on her recommendation, and leave our feedback. We definitely give it an 11/10, so please pass this on to her :) cheers to all of you, we’d definitely visit again!

Siamo Stati davvero bene! Un posto da favola!
2026-04-07
See you next time :)
2026-04-08

Tutto perfetto. GRAZIE dunque a tutti Voi.

Amazing place. Beautiful villa with comfortable modern rooms and excellent service. Very capable staff with great eye for detail. Congratulating us with our engagement upon arrival felt as a warm welcome and the bottle of prosecco was a really nice gesture. Definitely one of the best hotels we stayed in to date. Would (and already did) recommend this to anyone. We will come back if we’re ever traveling through Verona again.
