2026-09-28

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at your beautiful hotel. Your staff are so attentive and polite. X

2026-09-28

Ilaria was especially kind and helpful throughout our stay. We were especially impressed that they contacted us to arrange a packed dinner if we arrived after the kitchen closed. We arrived right before it closed, and Ilaria immediately rushed us up to make sure that we could eat. The food was incredible throughout our stay and really helped us to be able to focus on the hiking that we were there to do without having to figure out dinner each night or breakfast in the morning. They packed up a breakfast for us when we left before the dining room opened. Everything was really, really lovely.

2026-09-27

Thank you to both of the receptionists…they were both so easy going, helpful and overall welcoming

2026-09-03

The hotel staff was wonderful, kind, and extremely helpful. It was so nice to arrive and receive such a warm welcome. They answered all our questions and helped us with everything we needed. A huge thank you!

2026-09-01

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the excellent service we received throughout our stay at the hotel. A special thank you to llaria at the reception desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. We would also like to thank to Claudia ini the Dining Room Manager for accommodating all of our requests, and Giuliana for her wonderful service in the dining room. The service and cleanliness throughout the hotel were excellent, and we truly appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and dedication of the staff. The only issue that disappointed us was the condition of the rooms. In our opinion, the rooms do not meet the standard expected of a four-star hotel. We travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels around the world. While the rooms were clean and well maintained, the first rooms we received were very old. Eventually, two of the three rooms were replaced, which we appreciated, but even the replacement rooms did not fully meet the four-star standard we expected. Despite this, we truly enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience overall. Thank you very much for your hospitality and for making us feel welcome. Rating: 4/5 stars. Excellent staff and service, but the rooms could benefit from renovation to better reflect the hotel's overall high standards. Before closing, I would like to once again express my sincere appreciation to the three staff members I mentioned: Ayala at the front desk, the Dining Room Manager, and Ofira. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine dedication made a significant difference to our experience. Please make sure to pass on our gratitude and recognition to them personally, as their efforts were truly appreciated and will be remembered. Thank you again for your hospitality. We had a very enjoyable stay and appreciate all the efforts made by your team.

2026-08-30

Many thanks for the lovely time during our Honeymoon and the upgrade. We appreciated the gesture very much and look back on a great time at your hotel! Cheers, Tess & Chiel

Perfette!

2026-06-14

The reception staff were so very polite and friendly on arrival after our long drive through the hairpin bends Barstaff also very friendly - you have excellent ambassadors for your hotel Being British we were reluctant to utilize the spa as it does not permit bathing costumes - I appreciate this is a cultural preference but we would have used it more if we were not naked but this modesty is our issue, not yours
