I especially appreciated the housekeeping staff who checked in with us in the afternoon to make sure we were stocked up on everything before they left for the day.This was very consistent throughout our stay. This is some of the best service we’ve experienced in a hotel and we were really impressed. Everyone from housekeeping (a really good service compared to other hotels), reception team, restaurant staff, the concierge team. Everyone is really attentive, friendly and professional. A huge thank you to Canio who helped us immensely with our plans, hard to get reservations and a medical situation with my pregnancy. He’s a first class, old school concierge! The food in the restaurant was excellent too - the couple of dinners we had in the restaurant were in our top for food we had here.

We stayed at 3 hotels on our trip to Italy. Yours being the 2nd of the three. The third hotel we stayed at was £1500 a night and the service we received from you was by far the best service. Our stay at Rosapetra was excellent. We stay at numerous higher end hotels and resorts throughout the year around the world, and this was a great experience. Every aspect of the facility is well run - reception and checkin, spa, dining, bar, and concierge - and the facility is immaculate and well maintained. Every employee went out of their way to provide assistance even when not asked. Rosapetra has a great company culture that is embodied by each team member. Beonders angenhem empfanden wir, dass das Zimmer, das nur im ersten Moment eher klein wirkte, außerordentlich viel Stauraum bot. Daher hat auch die Zimmergröße gepasst. Mitunter wäre nur noch etwas mehr Aufhängemöglichkeit (Handdtücher, Bademäntel) angenehm. Ein großes Lob Ihrem Haus uund dem tollen Personal inklusive Küche.

Cercavamo un hotel dog friendly di lusso dove poter rilassarci ma anche stare bene con il nostro cucciolo. Ed abbiamo trovato le condizioni oltre le aspettative. Camera con giardino dalla quale poterci muovere liberamente, possibilità di portare Dante in sala per la cena con camerieri disponibilissimi e molto gentili. Tutto ha contribuito ad una vacanza eccezionale e torneremo sicuramente in estate perché è stato veramente un piacere trascorrere del tempo al Rosapetra!!

I appreciate the flexibility to move rooms, at the same rate, when one of our original rooms was not as stellar as the rest. Also, Canio was very helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

My wife and I had lunch with you on Sept 17. The food was absolutely delicious and the service outstanding. The waiter was able to serve two different half pastas to my wife - as she could not decide which one to order. The wine recommendation was also perfect. Later, when I asked the concierge where we should park our car in Cortina (to visit) the old town, he was kind enough to offer the hotel shuttle to take us to and from the old town. 6 Stars Service ! I love the hotel . The staff are great and the hotel structure and the detaiils are fantástic. The spa área is wonderful . The gym is the best part.

Francesco was extremely helpful and welcoming. Whenever we crossed paths he greeted me by name, and assisted me with ordering a gluten free room service dinner from the restaurant by introducing me to the restaurant manager. I really appreciated his assistance throughout the stay. All of the staff were extremely kind a professional, but I wanted to call out Francesco specifically for all of his assistance!
