A huge "THANK YOU" to the whole team who were all fabulous. A special shout out though to the Reception team who gave us an exceptionally warm welcome when we first checked and every morning and afternoon since. The morning breakfast team were also great and looked after myself and my daughter brilliantly. We have both loved our stay and my daughter really appreciated having the inflatables outside to play on.

It was the most lovely holiday, thank you to all the staff especially Noel and Tiziano who went above and beyond to help my little boy when he was unwell. The treats of sorbet and cold flannels around the pool was a delight and my children listened out for the knock on the door every evening for the little chocolates that were given out. Breakfast was superb and I have never slept so well on holiday your beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Wir waren in früheren Jahren häufig in Ihrem Hotel und nun das erste Mal seit 4 Jahren: es ist sehr gut gepflegt und hat sich seinen Charme bewahrt. Der Zimmerservice ist sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstück ist sehr viel besser als zuvor, leider haben uns die (immer schon) kleinen Portionen im Restaurant für das Dinner "abgeschreckt". Die Neuerungen (Terrasse, Schirme, Pontons im See) sind sehr gelungen. Wir kommen wieder!

Front desk staff (all shifts) were very friendly and helpful and always smiling, bar staff however were a little less efficient, we always had to go to the bar to order, we were never approached around the pool to ask if we required any refreshments, certain members of staff were efficient but a little aloof and unfriendly, we loved the little touches of cold towels and complimentary iced lemonade to keep us cool. I kust wanted to thank you all for a great holiday. We are definitely planning to come back. Special thanks to Martina and Cristina who were both very helpful and the bar staff - also the two ladies who cleaned our room were amazing (203) - the hotel and pool were just what we were looking for. One small suggestion would be for the restaurant - I am not sure if that is a seperate venture from the hotel but if the chef could put one or two more traditional food options on we think you would get more guests eating at La Veranda. On the whole though really no complaints here!

Mi è piaciuto molto lo stile retrò dell'hotel. So che è stato un punto di discussione in altre recensioni, ma per me è molto stile "White Lotus". Abbiamo già consigliato lo Spiaggia D'Oro agli amici nel caso andassero in quella zona. Speriamo di tornarci anche noi!

Tutto il personale è molto gentile ed attento alle richieste del cliente. I responsabili del servizio ristorazione sono competenti e soprattutto la Signora Marina gestisce il personale e il buffet della colazione in maniera eccellente. Complimenti anche al personale dei piani per la pulizia e la rapidità nel rassettare le camere. Piccolo bemolle sono i bicchieri di plastica nel bagno (presumo per questioni di igiene ma non adatti ad una struttura 4stelle). Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e la posizione dell’albergo a bordo lago è fantastica.

Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr nett, besonders der Empfang. Auch der Herr, der uns mit den Fahrrädern geholfen hatte (der Sattel war in der Neigung verstellt) war ausgesprochen nett. Beim Frühstück hatten wir den Eindruck, dass Italiener bevorzugte Gäste sind :-( und, dass es zu wenig Geschirr gegeben hatte. Aber alles in allem war es ein toller entspannter Aufenthalt! Danke!

Hallo Liebes Spiaggia D'Oro Team, meinem Mann und mir hat der Aufenthalt über Ostern bei Ihnen sehr gut gefallen, es war sehr angenehm, die Umgebung mit den kleinen Hafen direkt am Wasser war sehr idyllisch mit italienischen Flair und weg vom Trubel. Die gesamte Anlage + Sonnenterrasse direkt am See vom Hotel lud zum Verweilen ein. Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt, ein sehr gutes Frühstück auf der Sonnenterrasse, das Personal immer höflich und zuvorkommend und die Sauberkeit perfekt! Was will man mehr, Sie haben dazu beigetragen, dass unser Kurzurlaub in sehr angenehmer Erinnerung bleibt und das wir gerne wiederkommen. Deshalb 10 Punkte! Liebe Grüße Fam. Ute und Bernd Stegemann
