Overall very nice, a bit time consuming to get … anywhere but we knew before coming so not a critic. Some minor remarks about the room (203): storage space for clothes is a lacking a bit, also there is just 1 hook in the entire room for hanging towels. Otherwise: rooms are perfect and the powerful airco was a blessing. Aside from this: i would suggest tidying up a bit on the outside: the garden/lake side is perfect but other 3 sides could use some maintenance. These are minor critics. We were very satisfief.

This is our second visit to the Hotel and this is due to the fantastic service we received the first time. Valentina and Eleanora are a credit to the company and should be rewarded for their 1st class service and friendly personalities. Valentina recommended the boat hire in town and this was a fantastic day and will give us memories for years to come. Breakfast is superb although Clare panicked when she thought the Nutella had run out! A special mention should also go to the waiter, forgot his name, (used to be the shuttle driver 2 years ago). He was always friendly and helpful. What a great team!

We would like to thank all the staff for an amazing stay at the hotel. Particularly the general manager & reception ladies who were incredibly helpful, even picking us up from the town & dropping us to the cable car station.
