Everyone at the Relais Santa Chiara was friendly and helpful, from check-in, to breakfast, to greeting us with a smile and hello as we passed in the lobby. This is my fifth time staying with your hotel and I look forward to my next return to lovely San Gimignano and the Santa Chiara. Hopefully for a longer stay on the next trip.

The two reception representatives were exeptional in successfully handling our desperate request for a taxi, which was clearly very difficult given the location.

2026-09-27

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig. Das Personal kompetent und sehr freuntlich.

2026-09-27

We enjoyed a lovely stay with all our friends on the Footstep Ministries tour.

2026-08-27

Thank you for our lovely stay

2026-08-27

I have to say that the hotel and its staff made a great impression on us. There was a real family atmosphere—I felt right at home. Thank you very much for that. I also have to give special mention to the entire staff; they were truly lovely and friendly And really, she was the one who made the hotel stay feel so family-like... huge congratulations to them and a big thank you to each and every one of them—a team like that is a treasure!

2026-08-26

Delightful staff, although some were poorly trained/informed on matters such as local travel and dining. Particularly bus times given were wrong.

2026-08-26

Our 3 night stay was very enjoyable with the staff making every effort to make it so. Other than we are unlikely to be in that area again we would love to come back and share your hospitality

2026-08-26

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff were all excellent. Only cslight criticism is the room (206) was pretty small, but spotlessly clean

2026-08-25

Sehr schönes Hotel und sehr sauber . Schöner gepflegter Pool

2026-08-19

2026-08-19

Big thanks , a nice stay, wonderful breakfast and super friendly personnel

2026-08-16

2026-08-12

I would like to compliment the catering staff, especially Gladys, Francesco and the Tunisian man (I'm so sorry but I don't know his name). They worked so hard to make our stay outstanding, so friendly and efficient. Thank you to them, they are a credit to your hotel.

2026-08-11

The staff were superb, especially Gladys and Francesco

2026-08-11

The staff at reception and the bar/pool area were very helpful and friendly

2026-08-10

2026-07-28

Thank you for making our stay so memorable ❤️

2026-07-29

We really appreciated having our room prepared at breakfast time on the day of the concert, leaving us free to make our plans. Thanks to Erika for organising this, and to room service staff for a very efficient service, not only on the concert day, but every day we were there. We were so pleased with the parking spot, it felt like the best in the hotel for ease of getting in/out. Thanks to Micardi for help with the luggage and parking advice on arrival (reversing into the spot was easier than driving in forwards and reversing out, we found).

2026-07-28

The woman who handled our check in, she had a dark bob hair cut, was exceptional. She absolutely added to our experience ten fold.

2026-07-28

Thw whole stay was great, staff were helpful and efficient and the location and views wonderful

2026-07-28

2026-07-28

Special thanks to Analisa, Gladys, and Osama who were so kind. We were travelling with our 8 month old baby on her first holiday and they made us feel so welcomed with her.

2026-07-27

Everyone was very friendly and polite. The issues seem to be more with a restaurant staff that was not well trained, and a hotel that needs some updating especially in their furnishings and some general hospitality accommodation in the general areas

2026-07-27

Familär geführtes Hotel in einer herrlichen Lage. Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

2026-07-26

2026-07-25

To all the front desk staff you answer all our questions and made dinner reservations, much thanks to you! To service staff who took care of our food and beverage needs at breakfast, my the pool and on a whim, Thank you so much!
