From the moment we arrived to your hotel, we received a warm welcome from your staff. They assisted getting our luggage from the transportation up to our room. The front desk staff was helpful and insightful and gave us assistance with a map and suggested things to do in the area even offered dining suggestions. Front desk staff walked us to the room and gave a detailed walk through of the room ensuring we didnt need anything. Everytime we came through the lobby we were greeted and asked if we needed anything. Making us feel at home. The room itself was fabulous. Neat, clean, and extremely spacious. The room faced a small intersection and noise was never a problem. We were close enough to attractions but far enough away to get peace and quiet when we were done for the day. The proximity to many dining options and night life was also nice. So many wonderful options less than a 10 min walk. We were overwhelmed with how nice the room accommodations were and can't say enough about the room. The morning breakfast was right on target. The espresso was always hot and the fruit, meats, cheeses and bread were always fresh. We enjoyed it every morning. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and others. We would also place this hotel at the top of our list when we return to Rome. Thank you.

Great experience. Would highly recommend. Staff very accommodative and eager to go the extra mile. Thank you, especially Jerome, who was very helpful in navigating our way around the area and local places to eat and visit.
