Great to have full control of the air-conditioning. Everything spotlessly clean. Reception team very helpful, offering assistance and advice for trips and arranging taxis. Relaxing days at the beach and our evenings in the restaurant were a total pleasure. Such calm service and wonderful food. The special touches with canapés, chef's 'treat' and the quality of dishes made each meal memorable. Lovely wines too. Good choices for breakfast at the buffet and cooked to order options. We spent 5 nights at Grand Relais de Nuraghi and had a wonderful time. The location is great, with a stunning view! The staff were attentive, professional and always happy to help. Breakfast bar catered for different tastes from fresh fruit to cooked breakfast as well as fresh juices, prosecco and hot drinks. We also dinned at the main restaurant in the evening, which ran an immaculate service - the staff were so attentive and made our evening very special. And the food was absolutely delicious food too! The weather in sardinia during our stay was very hot, however we were able to use the hotel's private beach or sit by the pool, both areas had a bar and attentive staff. We would wholeheartedly recommend a stay here!

We very much enjoyed our time at the hotel. The environment is very calm and provided a necessary break for us. Your staff are absolutely excellent and whist it would be a little unfair to elevate an individual above all the rest of the excellent and professional performance of all your staff in every department, Ernesto and the restaurant team and Julia who cared for our room every day were just perfect. We only had one night with you all, but our minds were blown at the amazing space, the unbelievable beauty of our room, the access to the sea, and of course, the impeccable manners and responsiveness of your staff. I have never felt more cared for at a hotel. I would gladly stay with you again and will be recommending you to everyone I know!
