We did not use the restaurant services except for breakfast. We would like to express our appreciation for the hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Check-in and check-out were fast and smooth, without any delays. The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping did a great job — everything was well maintained. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel, its organization, and especially the people made a very positive impression. We are even considering coming back next year.

This was our second visit, and the level of enjoyment was just as high as the first time - thank you for your consistency! :) Even when someone accidentally charged their expenses to our room, the front desk handled it smoothly, no questions asked, and removed the charges from our bill right away. Truly great service!

Fantastic quality hotel, thank you for great holiday. Liked the design of our family room, and the bar was of a very high quality downstairs, with great cocktails. Reception staff was efficient, courteous and always helpful. The lunch offering is a bit narrow, and dinner could be priced better. But these are only minor observation, owerall the hotel is managed brilliantly. Thank you
