I would like to offer my thanks to the wonderful staff of your establishment! From check in to the breakfast staff to the housekeeping, to the front desk everyone was so kind and accommodating! We had an issue with the hot water pot not heating on the first night and it was replaced immediately! Even late evening cappuccinos made to perfection! Our accommodations were immaculate and beautiful! The whole place was spotless and wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Le altre volte avevo notato qualche disturbo dovuto ai rumori del corridoio e dell’ascensore, perché le porte delle camere non sono insonorizzate, ma questa volta è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole. Sarei rimasta volentieri più a lungo!

V'deim (pardon spelling) was amazing! He was instrumental in our amazing holiday, recommending food, sites, tickets, cars, etc. He went above and beyond to address our needs! Francesca, his coworker, was also very generous with her time to assist us in planning. The location was perfect for us to do all the things we came to do! Ebikes within 2 blocks, many nearby street cafes and restaurants, easy to walk to stores and train, even an amazing rooftop bar at your sister hotel. Most courteous, genuinely cheerful, and helpful team, including the front desk, the cleaning crew, and the breakfast crew. There is a young gentleman at the front desk that was also there during our previous stay and is always accommodating and proving us with helpful information regarding Vicenza. Cudos also for the lady in the breakfast crew who is always cheerful and gracious with our attempts to say a few words in Italian

The hotel is very clean, well appointed rooms. The people are so helpful and kind and with directions and more. Everything at breakfast is well done, the best coffee and where I needed special diet it was no trouble . I loved the place. I have been two times now and with my family last time.

The reception staff were absolutely brilliant in suggesting and booking places to eat, ordering taxis and, most importantly, sorting out a problem with a hotel booking for later in our trip. All of them deserve medals. This is the second year we have stayed at the hotel. We so much appreciated our stay last year that we brought friends this year.
