We loved the small safe property and our boys were able to be independent around the hotel. The pool and gardens are stunning- it is clear that a lot of love and hardwork goes into maintaining the property. I have recommended you to multiple friends and we hope to be back someday! Your staff are incredible from the cleanliness of the hotel, the bar staff, restaurant staff and reception staff you are all so lovely! If there was any criticism at all, it would be a more cheaper price for the restaurant menu, there didn’t seem any ambience and so didn’t make us feel as though we wanted to eat a dinner there, if the ambiance was right then of course guests would pay the price for a special night. Because of this we had to walk out to a couple of restaurants which were great but it was always the same and we wanted to support your chefs for dinner but we loved it all and thank you again for making us feel special! Le personnel de l accueil très agréable très souriant très avenant un vrai plaisir quand on passe la porte pour un premier contact avec l établissement cela donne une réelle envie d aller plus loin.... Je remercie les femmes de chambre très agréables souriantes , qui chaque jour nous permettent de se sentir bien dans nos chambres, celles-ci sont belles sont propres même sous le lit! Et le ou les jardiniers réalisent un travail remarquable, le jardin est d une beauté.... Cet hôtel est vraiment une belle surprise encore merci aux personnels de l établissement.

We would like to thank our waiter who served us professionally every morning and night in half board. We also had the best cocktails ever. They were amazing. Thank you for the pool staff who looked after me when I needed medical care. You made our stay all the more better.

Great holiday. Antonio at pool Bar is amazing and a great asset to the hotel. Lifeguard Simone is a great lad and good member of staff. Lady on reception very helpful as we’re all the staff on reception. Breakfast staff very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel and we had a lovely stay. Antonio at the pool bar was our favourite server as he was very friendly and worked so hard. The gentleman at breakfast and dinner service was also very helpful. All the staff were friendly and courteous. Pool lunch options can be improved to include hot food options like pizza and pasta. Food for half board dinner guests was delicious and a good variety was served every day.

First of all, the staff is everywhere, at the reception, in the restaurant, in the pool bar - everyone is sincerely glad to see you and is always ready to help. Comfortable rooms, daily cleaning, well-kept beautiful garden, area around the pool, everything is done with love and from the heart. We will definitely come back next year. Thank you very much!
