Leider mussten wir aus einem tragischen familiären Problem einen Tag früher abreisen. Das haben wir einen Tag vorher mitgeteilt. Die Abklärungen haben zwar ergeben, dass die nicht bezogenen Nacht nicht vergütet wird. Jedoch beim Check Out wurde die Nacht kurzfristig abgezogen. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für diese Geste. Zudem möchten wir sie über Ihre Mitarbeiterin Dalila sehr Loben. Sie hat einen aussergewöhnliche und super Gästebetreuung wahrgenommen. Dank ihr konnten wir sehr schöne Ausflüge wahrnehmen. An den anderen Mitarbeitern haben wir nichts gespürt in diesem Zusammenhang.

Mi scuso se dimentico qualcuno. Ringrazio tutti per la gentilezza, cortesia, velocità mostrateci. Per i sorrisi, il garbo e per la piacevole sensazione che tutto questo avvenisse con naturalezza. Ringrazio Nadia che mi ha assistito con simpatia negli aspetti della prenotazione, la sveglissima Clara al ristornate Anfora di Baratti, la dolce e coraggiosa Serena e Momo al Granace, Esmeralda per essersi presa cura della nostra stanza. Dalila, che ha sempre avuto modo, senza imporre la sua figura, di fare due parole piacevoli rendendoci consapevoli dei servizi dell'hotel e che, qualora avessimo voluto usufruirne, sarebbe diventata sicuramente riferimento per noi. Ringrazio il responsabile e il personale del bar della spiaggia: l'aperitivo dell'ultima sera è stato Super con la "S" maiuscola volontariamente. Ringrazio tutti i manutentori, i giardinieri e le inservienti che nel silenzio sistemano/aggiustano/puliscono. Ma in particolare, ringrazio le preziosissime teste di serie. Quando un gruppo funziona, sicuramente è perchè è composto da persone volenterose che nascondono quelle meno volenterose, ma credo nella forza e incisività di chi trascina, motiva e istruisce-e controlla- il gruppo. Quindi il mio grazie speciale va a Giacomo, che tiene la spiaggia come fosse casa sua, che ti fa sentire accolto come a casa e che è capace di mostrare garbo e fermezza insieme. Grazie alla presenza potente di Michael in sala ristorante, potente non solo per la voce. Succede qualsiasi cosa, e lui è già lì. Grazie a Sabrina e Valentina: arrivare e trovarvi, sempre sorridenti, in Reception fa partire bene la vacanza. Siete più "dietro le quinte" ma decisamente non meno importanti, anzi. Ultimo, ma non per ultimo, l'istrionico Luigi. Calore, cultura, simpatia, umanità, voglia di fare instancabile in un'unica figura. Con quel modo di fare che fa apparire tutto semplice quando sappiamo tutti bene che gestire un'area ristornate non lo è affatto. E con un aspetto che non avevo ai notato: la voglia di insegnare ai ragazzi giovani che quest'anno più che mai mi sembra lo circondassero al Granace. Grazie perchè, ancora una volta, con il vostro prezioso e attento lavoro e impegno quotidiano, avete contributo a rendere speciale la nostra vacanza.

Vielen Dank für die schönen zwei Wochen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Roomservice. Sara hat sich sehr lieb um unser Zimmer und gekümmert und ist sehr rücksichts- und liebevoll mit unserem kleinen Hund umgegangen. Sie war sehr präsent und das Zimmer wurde stets zu einer "perfekten" Zeit gereinigt. Auch der Empfang im SPA und die guten Tipps von Alba sind sehr positiv aufgefallen.

I also want to extend a special thank you to the restaurant staff for the spectacular and fantastic menu for a person who suffer from various allergies, intolerances and chronic asthma. I have never been treated in such a special way anywhere whatsoever. The consideration and assistance during meals are way beyond what is expected. The prices for all are very much in line for such an establishment and appreciated. A special thank you to Restaurant staff, but a special thank you to Rosario, the attendant in the restaurant, for always ensuring I was treated properly, food was prepared in such a way that there was no chance of any allergies. Few more "classic pastas" at more reasonable price, if so we would have eaten more often (potentially daily). Parmesan my son had with pasta here had clearly utilised even the end of the parmesan, the rind which gave bitter unpleasant taste. I worked in hospitality for over 10 years in UK. That poolside lunch spot could make an absolute killing if it focused on fresh pizza and pasta and a more reasonable price. Just my honest thought if it were my own place.

All were very pleasant and professional, as a Scots Italian I was proud of how they acted and showed the best of italian hospitality to my British wife and in laws. The experience was far more welcoming, just as I remember as a child going to casale marritimo (my nonna village). You don't always get that warmness in the major italian cities. Wir hatten im ersten Zimmer ein Problem mit Fäkalien in der Dusche. Als wir an der Rezeption nach einem anderen Zimmer fragten, wurde uns sofort ein anderes Zimmer zugeteilt. Danke vielmals. A family of five multigenerational females had a wonderful experience at your hotel, from cleanliness to garden areas and in particular service and menus on offer made for an unforgettable few days. We were unable to take advantage of the beach as the weather was cold and windy but we did manage a couple of beautiful sunset shots on our second night. It’s a great hotel, staff so helpful and attentive.

Each and every one of your team members are an asset to your establishment. The waiting staff on breakfast were simply outstanding. Reception team and Spa team super helpful. Every one we interacted with treated us with utmost respect and care. The gentleman looking after breakfast service (i assume manager) was really hands on. Always present and interacting with guests. There are a million hotels out there, what makes yours truly special are the people who work tirelessly to make guests holidays special and memorable.

Michael (spero si scriva cosi) anche lui molto professionale e simpatico. Poi c è Zoe ultima solo perché piu' giovane di età anche se si muove come una veterana! Sempre pronta a riservare un sorriso a tutti, attenta e solerte nell'accontentare le richieste degli ospiti. Ha un carattere solare e la capacità di ben disporre le persone con cui ha a che fare.

Der Service in ihrem Hotel ist super. Ob im Restaurant, im Zimmer oder an der Beach Bar. Was mich vorallem sehr beeindruckt hat ist, woe gut mit dem Thema Glutenfrei umgegangen wird. Unsere älteste Tochter konnte die Ferien aus diesem Grund bestens geniessen. Auch für uns war das eine riesige Erleichterung.
