2026-05-08

Thank you

2026-05-08

2026-05-06

merci a anna maria pour son accueil

2026-05-05

Everyone was very kind to me and friendly. Always a smiling face. I love you all for the welcoming experience.

I unfortunately do not have her name, but the woman working breakfast on 29 April was extremely helpful and friendly.

2026-04-29

Very Nice! For tourists I think it would be a good idea to provide a history of the hotel, describe use of rooms and building ingeneral, importance to the Trani over the ages - and highlight location, which is perfect - on the water, near water front restaurants, the historic harbor and park, and the old town.

2026-04-29

Thank you for a wonderful visit. It was pleasant.

2026-04-27

2026-04-26

There was a young man working the evening shift at the front desk. He was very kind and eager to help us with an issue we had with our key. He was extremely pleasant and spoke great English, which was so important because we didn’t speak Italian. You are lucky to have him on your staff! Also our room was cleaned so well every day and it was perfect!

2026-04-24

The breakfast is not as much on the top as the whole place is. Better cheeses, breads, drinks would be at the right level Plastic should be prohibited
