All staff were excellent. One tiny gripe was the noise the cleaners make moving furniture over head and on one occasion they swept the over head balcony down onto our balcony. I let them know. Not ideal though.

The towels were changed every day which was excellent as it was very hot so lots of showers needed. Air con was an added bonus and the pool a lovely place for relaxing and cooling down at the end of the afternoon. Breakfast was always fresh and tables cleared immediately ready for the next guests. Your staff were impeccable in every way and everyone was happy and helpful, from receptionists, waiters/waitresses to cleaning staff. We would like to thank your reception staff, especially Antonella and Tanya in the restaurant. They gave us recommendations for trips and organised a taxi for us and Antonella helped with our luggage to catch the bus, when leaving. Fantastic and lovely people on reception, in the kitchens and the cleaner. All excellent. So friendly and helpful. Even made us a packed lunch for our early pick up bus when travelling home.

The staff at San Marco were very pleasant, helpful and thoroughly professional. The receptionist (sorry, I do not have her name) helped us with bus and ferry times to Verona and Simione respectively,

We were very impressed with the friendliness of all hotel staff, the standard of our accomodation, services and breakfasts. Thank you for making us feel so welcome in Lake Garda. We will definitely be looking to return possibly in the Spring.

The staff were really lovely and helpful. We were welcomed by Valeria, the lady serving on bar was nice and she was helpful.in recommending a lively non aloholic drink ' a Gingerino which was fabulous! One of the ladies kindly brought us an extra pillow. Upon checkout the night porter was kind and offered us a coffee before we left (although his music played throughout the night was a little loud!). Overall a fabulous stay..brilliant panoramic room and very very clean. Grazie Mille xxx
