2026-10-28
I come to bologna every year for football, and usually stay in a hotel nearer to town centre,,but this year, I chose your hotel, and its the best decision ive made ! The hotel far exceeded my expectations, mainly due to tge impeccable service we enjoyed from absolutely every member of staff we met. Marco on the front desk was so helpful and polite, the lady in the bar spent time chatting to us, the staff at the restaurant took time to make us snacks which was a lovely treat, and even the cleaning staff were friendly and polite. I can honestly say I have never received such hospitality and excellent service. You should all be very proud, and we look forward to returning very soon.

hotel fantastico, soggiorno piacevole, personale preparto e cordiale, cucina ottima, nel complesso super consigliato
2026-10-19
Molto cordiali e gentili
2026-10-21
2026-10-20
Very nice modern hotel
2026-10-19
Very large unit and nice fixtures, Please consider a grab bar for the oversized tub. We left extremely early before 4 am and i found the front desk person to be extremely friendly helpful, well we were the only ones up

2026-10-09
Marie Elle was very helpful and efficient with a warm smile. The rest of the staffs including the bartender could crack a little smile, it won't hurt.
2026-10-07
We want to compliment Diego. We had a very difficult situation as we were supposed to be checked in at the Best Western in Venice but were reserved for your location. Our party had to split between Bologna and Venice and needed to get us and all our luggage back to Venice for our flight. He worked diligently to help us get a transfer service back to Venice. It was a very difficult situation and he as calm and helpful through the whole timeframe. We appreciated how he helped us! Thank you Diego!
2026-10-07
Thank you. We are very pleased with our stay.

After staying at this hotel regularly for several years, it has truly become much more than just a place to stay whenever I am in Bologna. I have spent many days and weeks here over the years, and what has always made the difference is the people. The staff are genuinely wonderful — professional, kind, welcoming and always ready to help. Over time, I have had the pleasure of getting to know many of them, and coming back now feels a little bit like coming home. The hotel itself is excellent. The rooms are comfortable and very well maintained, the gym is great, and the breakfast is something I always look forward to. The restaurant is also excellent, with very good food and a team that makes every meal enjoyable. What I appreciate most, however, is the atmosphere. When you travel frequently for work and spend long periods away from home, the people around you make an enormous difference. This team has managed to create a place where I have always felt welcome and looked after. After all these years and so many stays, I can only say thank you to the entire team for the hospitality, kindness and all the good moments. It is always a pleasure to come back, and I genuinely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bologna.

I would like to say how welcoming Marco was and accomodating us so well after realising my husband didnt like heights and transferring us from original 17th floor to 4th floor. We had a fantastic stay albeit only overnight and was sorry to have forgotten our breakfast takeaway which he had kindly arranged- but due to 4.30am departure our brains were not working😅. fantastic service and an asset to your hotel together with the staff member who managed to order taxi to airport in morning. Much appreciated.Top service.💯👌👍🫶

2026-09-29

I'd like to thank the reception staff for always accomodating me and my partner as we had to catch early trains on two ocassions and they supplied us breakfast bags and arranged us a taxi too on checkout day. Special thanks goes to the person in the restaurant, I could not catch his name, he took our room service order and brought it up to our room too he was tall and had glasses, really sad couldn't catch his name to write here but he was very friendly and although proabbly didn't realise he made us feel welcome to the restaurant and at ease.

Guy in charge of restaurant could not accomadate us on our first evening has he had 30 diners coming in, this wax 9.30!! , we sat at a table for 2 asked if we could order a drink and was told only a glass of water then told to return in 20/25 mins told us to return in twenty minutes ? We went downstairs and bar was unattended but they sent down a guy from restaurant who was really very accommodating and pleasant

2026-07-02
Every person that we interacted with was really helpful, from the front desk to the bar and the restaurant. Even the cleaning staff help me to setup the AC correctly. We love our stay at the hotel. I would suggest adding some holding bars for the tub since they are really big and tall, plus some anti slip mat or similar to prevent falling while showering.

Certamente.

Schade! Die ganze Gruppe müssten lang warten, daher Reise Verspätung.l
