Das Frühstücks-Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Ebenfalls möchte ich das Personal an der Rezeption sehr loben. Es war sehr hilfsbereit und hatte gute Tipps für Aktivitäten. Super war auch Giovanni-unser Shuttelfahrer von Flughafen bks zum Hotel. Er hat uns bei den Koffern sehr geholfen und uns sicher gefahren. Das Reinigungspersonal war einfach nur super. Unser Zimmer war immer sauber, wir haben täglich neue Handtücher bekommen und die Betten war liebevoll gemacht.

Our room was extremely outdated. The bathtub shower was just very uncomfortable. Our friends had sewage smell for two days and management was not able to fix it. People at the front desk were hardly smiling, not friendly and not really helpful. People at the restaurant, terrace, pool bar and pagoda were fantastic. The guy managing the pool bar for lunch was extremely nice.

Upon arrival very late on Thursday night, the night desk were very welcoming and put us at ease. Everything was taken care of. All staff were very helpful and pleasant. Particularly the reception staff were very helpful with booking of restaurants. We thought the pool area and garden was beautiful. It was great to have access to the beach from the hotel.

We had a great stay in your hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful and the cleaners were wonderful! We enjoyed our stay! The breakfast coffees were cold but the staff had a lot of request! May work to have a couple people dedicated to a coffee station rather than coffee service!

I like the services of the main restaurant very much. The breakfast buffet was rich and everybody can find what they preffer. They served meels from the menu for dinners and I like it. The meals were very tasty, I tried Sardinian and Italian meals and combination of ingredients I have never tried before and maybe never chose from buffet. The staff was greeting us with a smile and hard working. One small suggestion for management of the restaurant. Please take meals for guests allergic (in our case to milk and its products) more seriously. We appreciate more precise description of allergens (breakfast and dinner) and at least one meal without milk products in each course. My husband havent had for example no one "to the plate" and dessert (but we appreciate offer of fruit salad instead). Thank you very much in advance.

Entrando, la vista è mozzafiato. Mare, spiaggia, relax. Bellissimo, bello, bello. Quasi ci si dimentica del giardino: molto curato, splendidamente verde e con piante incantevoli. La piscina è in ordine e il personale è sempre molto cordiale. Un grande complimento anche al personale del ristorante: servizio ben organizzato, attento e flessibile. Non dimentichiamo lo chef: l'italianità della cucina vale un vero e proprio 10. Sapori sottili della cucina italiana, molto ben eseguiti con un menu compatto che cambia ogni giorno.
