I giardini sono meravigliosi, curati in maniera impeccabile, sempre perfetti e pieni di colori stupendi. Le piscine sono qualcosa di spettacolare: bellissime, enormi, pulitissime e mantenute in modo accuratissimo, un vero angolo di paradiso con una vista mozzafiato. Le camere sono impeccabili, pulizia eccellente ogni giorno, tutto profumato e ordinato alla perfezione. Anche il ristorante merita il massimo dei voti: qualità altissima, atmosfera elegante e servizio professionale. Ma la vera differenza la fanno le persone. Tutto il personale è di una gentilezza, cordialità e disponibilità rara da trovare oggi. Ci si sente accolti e coccolati dal primo minuto. Lediglich ein auffallender Punkt ist die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer, da man die Gespräche seiner Nachbarn zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit gut hören kann. I greatly appreciate the prompt notification that I had left my car key in the room. While I wasn’t able to wait for it that day, letting me know within an hour gave me time to make arrangements to have my spare shipped so it was waiting for me when I arrived in the US (4 1/2 hours from my home) the next day. The desk representative was incredibly empathetic and after three phone calls while working on a solution, her coordination with the firm that ships lost items was immediate. This is a level of service and empathy that is rare these days - please let her (and her managers) know that it is greatly appreciated.

Bonjour, Très bel hôtel et bel emplacement. Un peu loin de tout mais c'était prévu et connu. Un seul regret mais vous n'y pouvez rien est la cherté des taxis (220 euros allez-retour) avec l'aéroport, cela n'est pas négligeable. Un grand merci au chef de cuisine qui a préparé un plat sur mesure à mon épouse (spaghetti aux fruits de mer) quand cela n'était pas sur la carte. L'hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu. Un seul regret avec les guêpes le matin au déjeuner. C'est la saison. Les piscines sont superbes et le principe à l'eau de mer fut très agréable car bien moins agressif que le chlore. Franco and his team continue to support guests in many ways and are exemplary. The restaurant staff work incredibly hard and service is excellent. Daniele, Luca and the other maitres are dedicated to ensuring guests enjoy their dining experience and their professionalism and attention to detail is outstanding. Compliments to the chef and kitchen staff Marco and the bar staff continue to ensure that guests are looked after well and this year, the new pianist has been excellent.

Por lo que muchas gracias a todos, se agradece. Lo que mas nos gusto es la ubicacion que es espectacuilar pero como lo tienen mantenido>>>con los jardines cuidados, limpieza cerca de piscina...!!! Servizio ristorante e bar semplicemente super, dal Maitre Luca ai collaboratori, Francesco, Chiara, Laura e tutti sempre pronti a soddisfare il cliente più esigente. Servizio bar, Marco è un number One, con i collaboratori Luigi, Mattia, Alex e tutti. migliorato il servizio spiaggia, ancora da migliorare invece il servizio delle camere. Alentro benessere un grazie particolare a Manuela e le sue eccellenti ragazze. Bene anche la palestra con 2 tappeti nuovi efficienti e moderni, un sforzo per l'anno prossimo completare gli attrezzi con un terzo tappeto (l'ultimo è obsoleto) e due belle bici ed il collegamento tv, ma comunque apprezzato lo sforzo. In ultimo finalmente un pò di musica serale, magari qualche piccolo spettacolo non guasterebbe. Ma comunque la miglior struttura nel conteggio qualità + servizi/ costo

Maintenance of the room was fantastic. Big shout out to the maintainace team - room always clean. We had an issue with a shower and it was take care of immediately. I could see that the shower was licking a bit but since the service was so on top of everything, it was always cleaned after we returned to the room. Big appreciation to your cleaning stuff. Vivo nel centro di Milano e frequento assiduamente ristoranti di hotel a 5 stelle, ma non sempre ho riscontrato l’attenzione e la qualità del cibo che ho sperimentato al Colonna di Porto Cervo. Anche il personale della piscina e delle camere sono assolutamente all’altezza. Complimenti! Continuate così! Sicuramente è un hotel che raccomanderò caldamente a chiunque!

This was our 3rd visit to the resort, we are well looked after, the food is always excellent, the dining room staff are exceptional in their care, delivery and personal touches . This time we were looked after by Ivan and his new young waitress, together a great team . Chairs and Laura at breakfast, they were so pleased to see us on our return .We love Colonna, we feel very comfortable and safe, Franco organised our boat trip ..We will return for our fourth year I’m sure .. Enjoy the summer Colonna staff, enjoy your time when the season finishes, you work very hard and then your time to refresh and prepare for 2026 ❤️

Ich möchte ein großes Lob an die Belegschaft richten. Wir haben uns fantastisch umsorgt gefühlt. Die Kellner waren alle sehr professionell aber auch sehr herzlich und immer mit einem lächeln auf den Lippen. Etwas was man heutzutage nicht mehr oft erlebt. Das selbe gilt auch für die Damen der Putzkolonne. Immer freundlich und super service. Auch das essen war fantastisch. Auch großes dank an die verantwortlichen für das Dinner Abends. Sie haben uns recht kurzfristig einen tollen Sitzplatz für unseren Hochzeitstag organisiert. Service wie er im Buche steht. Kompliment an alle Beteiligten!!!
