Merci pour ce séjour chaleureux, on se sent très vite " chez soi". La décoration est très réussie. Votre accueil à la reception, au petit-déjeuner est merveilleux. Vous êtes tous très prévenants. Et .... comme je vous l'ai déjà dit , je n'ai jamais bu un chocolat chaud aussi bon !! Merci +++++

Esperienza davvero splendida. Il personale è stato molto cortese, disponibile e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Lo stile dell’hotel e della suite è stupendo, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, con ambienti profumati, esteticamente belli e un’atmosfera di relax e privacy che permette di godersi appieno il soggiorno. Anche il cibo è stato molto buono. Si percepisce una grande attenzione per ogni aspetto, dalla cura degli ambienti all’accoglienza. Un’esperienza che consigliamo assolutamente!

Our stay was incredible- thank you! The room was wonderful, the breakfast outstanding and the afternoon snack most appreciated. We wish we could have stayed longer. Diego at the front desk is a big asset to your hotel. He provided information, answered questions, and even came back in one evening to help us out. Martin in the breakfast room was pleasant and always greeted us with a smile- Valentina and Camilla were also very warm and helpful. You have done a superb job of getting a staff that is exceptional! They made our stay even better!

We loved our stay. The place, the room,. the views, rhe breakfast :) The breakfast and the coffee was my husband's favorite out of all 8 hotels we stayed in on our long trip! The happy hour was great as well and we loved meeting other travelers during the happy hour times! Thank you!
