Very pleasant and relaxing resort with attentive staff, quality services and food, and pleasent and quiet guests. We really enjoyed it.

We arrived at the hotel after midnight the first day and the staff was very welcoming and accompanied us to our room were we were pleasantly surprised by a very spacious room with a huge and extremely comfortable bed. The room had a terrace also and the air conditioning in the room was excellent, spacious closet and minibar and safe available also.The staff was amazing, made us feel like home every single day, very attentive and friendly, I could not have asked for anything more. There are 2 lovely pools available in the hotel and a gym also, private beach with sun beds and umbrellas also provided. Very good breakfast, lunch and dinner with a large variety buffet (both fish and meat) and excellent prices for cocktails, ice cream and other snacks. There are activities for kids and adults likewise throughout the day and entertainment in the evenings with different artists singing. My partner and I would like to thank Hotel Club Saraceno Bovis for the week we spent there as it was paradise for us, so Thank you! 🙏 We would definitely return here as we had the best holiday ever! Great value for the services provided, I believe the hotel deserves 5 stars for sure ☺️

Sono ritornata dopo vent’anni in questo bellissimo villaggio. Vent’anni fa ero stata qui con i miei genitori e fratelli, ora con mio marito e figlio di due anni. Negli anni il resort è diventato più grande e moderno, invariati invece la bellezza del luogo e la malinconia nel salutarlo. Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana: camera pulitissima e moderna con veranda e giardinetto, pulizia attentissima; cibo a buffet servito molto vario, curato, davvero squisito (dalla colazione al pranzo alla cena) con personale di sala giovane, gentilissimo sempre sorridente e disponibile; piscina tropicale bellissima adatta anche ai piccoli ospiti; spiaggia perfetta per le famiglie con sabbia grossa, forse non la migliore dell’Ogliastra ma molto funzionale e confortevole . In ogni caso si possono raggiungere agevolmente tramite mare o via terra altre spiagge e baie se si vuole cambiare o visitare qualcosa di diverso: baia di cea, il golfetto, Cala Moresca e ovviamente le baie più belle di Baunei-Orosei. Noi abbiamo prenotato tramite l’hotel una bellissima gita in gommone con lo skipper Manuel e abbiamo potuto così visitare le baie più belle d’Europa: consigliamo assolutamente questo servizio! Tutti gli spazi comuni dell’hotel, soprattutto i giardini, sono estremamente curati. Gli animatori bravissimi, giovani, sempre sorridenti, organizzano attività sportive e di fitness che rendono le giornate piene e mai noiose; L’attenzione riservata ai bambini, anche i più piccoli, invece è commovente (❤️). Ringraziamo tutti in particolare Nathalie e Diego che con la loro intraprendenza e dolcezza ci hanno regalato molti sorrisi, soprattutto al nostro bambino. Non ci sono tantissime attività serali (spettacoli/disco ecc) ma abbiamo assistito ad uno spettacolo bellissimo del Cast artistico, intitolato Battiti Live, davvero di qualità: complimenti! Unico consiglio: il resort è grande, e alcune camere sono un po’ più lontane da spiaggia e sale da pranzo, sarebbe utile che ogni tanto passando con le golf cart - quando non stanno trasportando bagagli- chiedessero se si vuole usufruire di un passaggio. A noi ha sempre fatto piacere fare una piccola passeggiata (400 metri circa per raggiungere la spiaggia) ma per alcune persone potrebbe essere un servizio utile. Per noi e per le nostre esigenze questo hotel si è rivelato davvero perfetto con un qualità prezzo eccellente. Al di là del resort che è stupendo, la vera differenza la fa il personale (dalla signora delle pulizie, ai camerieri e agli animatori… tutti!), a cui va la nostra profonda gratitudine. Grazie. Der Kidsclub hat mich wirklich beeindruckt. Alle im Team waren äußerst engagiert, professionell mit den Kindern, als Team abgestimmt, organisiert und mehrere Sprachen waren abgedeckt. Die super Betreuung dort meiner Tochter hat mir Zeit für mich verschafft, da ich alleine mit ihr gereist bin und so auch etwas Urlaub hatte. Vielen Dank!!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und konnten die Ferien so richtig geniessen. Es war perfekt und wir können uns gut vorstellen, wieder vorbeizukommen und werden es sicher weiterempfehlen.
