Very friendly, hard working & welcoming staff. Prompt reply to email inquiries. We liked the layout of the hotel and of course the views, a very relaxing atmosphere. We liked that it was run by a family and not a big corporate chain. The food at breakfast and dinner was good, . We liked that there was plenty of vegetables or salad served with the evening meal. We were on a walking holiday and the lunch rolls & focaccia were very generous and different fillings every day. We did not go hungry ! We enjoyed the upgraded room with a view of the mountains. The bed was very comfortable especially after all the walking

Wonderful hotel but we all felt that the terrace areas could be used so much better, and you could make more money by using them more. There is no great communal area for travelers to meet and chat. The area to the left of the main entrance is ok but area to right could have much done to it to make it feel welcoming and stylish. Could sell tea/coffee and alcohol. People from our group tried a number of times to buy alcohol after the meals and weren't able to. Meals finished early and people would have sat around and chatted and drank in that area if more welcoming. Feel it would be a big asset and you could make money. Again the terrace in 2nd floor had the most fabulous view, but needs plants etc Lastly it felt very strange to have to pay extra to use the pool, never come across that before, rather off -putting. Other than that all was wonderful and wish you all the best for your wonderful hotel, we loved staying with you
