Great location, great hotel and great people!!! Everyone was extremely helpful.

2026-10-27

The gentleman who parked our car and took our bags on the golf cart was terrific. Unfortunately, I forgot his name.

2026-10-27

Thank you for your hospitality. My compliments to the hotel manager and the staff for their kindness and service. The only inconvenience was the lack of an elevator, which made carrying our luggage particularly difficult.”

2026-10-26

Daniele was very helpful in getting our luggage from the Grand Hotel, where he parked our car, to our rooms and vice versa when we checked out.

2026-10-26

A wonderful hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.

2026-10-25

2026-10-25

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen lieben Dank 🤗

2026-10-24

I would like to congratulate Dan at the front desk. He is the face of the hotel for me and was a welcoming professional person. His attitude and assistance with information, booking dinner, opening wine bottles was amazing. It was a pleasure to see him assist all who came his way. His passion for San Marino is a major plus for the hotel.

2026-10-22

Πολύ ευχάριστο κλίμα, υπέροχο προσωπικό, ωραία τοποθεσία, εάν ξαναερθω Σαν Μαρίνο θα το προτιμήσω

This is one of our favourite hotel stays ever ! Early check in was an unexpected bonus .We really appreciated our luggage which had been dropped off early ,already placed in our room before arrival . All staff were exceptional and hotel room was out this world .

2026-10-12

Thank you so much for a wonderful experience

2026-10-10

My husband and I were there for two nights (room 307 or 308, I don’t remember). The room on the first night was very disappointing, and when we asked about changing to another room we were offered an upgrade for €70. I declined but received a call back shortly afterwards offering the upgraded room at no additional cost. Of course we accepted and were quite happy with the new room. Thank you very much!!!

2026-10-10

Dear Manager, thank you and your team for keeping the hotel such a welcoming place. We felt very much pampered and comfortable in it. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful at all times.

2026-09-02

I absolutely loved my stay at Titano Suites. The location could hardly be better – right in the heart of the historic centre of San Marino, making it possible to experience this beautiful place not only during the busy daytime, but also in the evening when the streets become quiet and magical. I stayed in the Garibaldi Suite and it made my visit feel genuinely special. I particularly loved the little balcony – perfectly positioned in the middle of the historic centre, yet somehow still feeling wonderfully private. Sitting there and simply taking in the atmosphere of San Marino was one of my favourite parts of the stay. I would also like to give a very special thank you to the staff for the complimentary welcome gifts. The fact that they had thoughtfully adapted them for me as a vegan was such a lovely and caring gesture, and something I genuinely appreciated. Those small personal touches make such a difference and made me feel very warmly welcomed. The staff throughout my stay were kind, welcoming and helpful, and I felt very well taken care of. San Marino was one of the highlights of my trip, and staying at Titano Suites was a big part of that experience. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. I would happily stay here again and would absolutely recommend it.

2026-09-02

GRAZIE CORDIALMENTE PER LA SQUISITA OSPITALITÀ RISERVATA A ME&MIA MOGLIE

2026-05-04

Ottimo soggiorno! Grazie

2026-05-03

Excellent job from beginning to end. We arrived with our car in front of the Grand Hotel just as your friendly concierge arrived with his golf vehicle and helped us park the car, and load / unload our luggage. That was really super - and also necessary given the distance between the garage and the hotel. Pre-arrival communication switched to WhatsApp due to your telephone issue - that was well done! Excellent job at the reception. And excellent job by the colleague(s) who cleaned and refreshed the room!

2026-05-03

Thank you for all your help with showing us to our room and with parking our car
