Wonderful stay. All the staff were so helpful. Breakfast staff particularly were so cheerful in the morning

2026-10-02

Thanks very much. It is a beautiful location, with an amazing view and beautiful trees with big, spacious rooms. I’d just like more tree pictures in the rooms please as the walls are a bit bare.

2026-08-16

Damien & Maria HEE

Absolutely amazing, what an introduction to the Lake Como region.

2026-08-04

To the friendly receptionists that helped us joining our stay Matteo captain of the boat. Very cool trip Thank also for the upgrade. That was appreciated and the wine on my husbands birthday.

2026-08-02

Mauro Grimaldi In|Spire

Thank you for your prompt communication before our trip through email. You were accommodating, helpful, and quick to answer questions. We also loved our service on our boat tour. The skipper Mateo and Lisa were both extremely kind and accommodating. The experience was wonderful. The hotel staff went above and beyond by printing directions to a nearby hike and calling to help us get an uber when we could not find one due to traffic.

2026-07-13

I am a very experienced traveller, both for work and pleasure, and I have to say that my stay at Cass sull’albero surpassed all expectations. The location and facilities are superb. But it was the extraordinarily high quality of service that elevated our stay to the highest level. Every member of staff was wonderful. The ladies in reception were all really friendly and helpful, as were the staff in the restaurant to. I caught the name of one staff member only, Elisabetta. She checked us is and showed us around, which was a special experience. Congratulations on running a superb establishment. I hope to visit again soon.

Thank you for being great! Super helpful on arrival, love the idea of the honesty kitchen, a real home from home experience. Great service from everyone we met, including the sister hotel cocktail bar and restaurant. I have nothing bad to say but if I had to be picky it would just be that the room was on the small side. However the terrace and the view more than made up for it. Thanks for a lovely stay, we would love to come back.
