Our stay at Gardea Soulfamily Resort was truly exceptional, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the beautiful location to the thoughtful facilities and outstanding service, everything exceeded our expectations. We honestly cannot think of a single thing that could have been improved. We received such a warm welcome despite arriving after midnight. Our room was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, including bathrobes and towels for the spa. When we realized we had forgotten our spa slippers, the staff kindly provided them for us — even finding a tiny pair in size 26 for our daughter! The breakfasts were absolutely fantastic: fresh, varied, delicious, and thoughtfully balanced, with something for every member of the family. One of our favorite highlights was the wonderful juicing station, where we made fresh carrot and apple juice every single morning. It became a lovely family ritual! We didn’t book dinner, as we spent most evenings exploring the beautiful surroundings. Housekeeping was impeccable, with our room cleaned daily. We especially loved the thoughtful little bedtime stories left for our daughter each evening, as well as the adorable hotel mascot plush toy. These small gestures made our stay feel truly special. The wellness facilities were another highlight. The heated outdoor pools were perfectly comfortable even in October, including the deeper family pool, the shallow children’s pool, and the water slide. The indoor pool was wonderful for warming up, while the sauna was exactly how we like it — properly hot and incredibly relaxing after our long cycling adventures around Lake Garda. The spacious kids’ club was equally impressive, although our little one wasn’t quite ready to enjoy it independently. Every member of the staff was genuinely kind, attentive, and professional. We were also extremely grateful for their quick and efficient help when we accidentally left our documents in the room safe after departure. They handled the situation wonderfully. Gardea is so much more than a hotel — it is a peaceful little haven where families can truly relax, reconnect, and feel cared for. As a family, we usually prefer discovering new destinations rather than returning to the same place. But Gardea is that rare exception. We would genuinely love to come back. We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday at the hotel in August 2026 including celebrating our younger daughter's 13th birthday which the staff helped us with by presenting a birthday cake to her at dinner. The spa staff were very welcoming to us and all four of us had a treatment which was very enjoyable. The hotel itself is lovely but the parking spaces are very hard for larger cars. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful.

Durante il soggiorno abbiamo trovato grande disponibilità nel soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di scegliere tra diverse tipologie di cuscini e, quando abbiamo chiesto di rendere il materasso un po’ più morbido, ci è stato subito fornito un topper. Un complimento particolare va al servizio di animazione, al Baby Club e al Mini Club, che abbiamo trovato davvero eccezionali. Tutto lo staff è attento, premuroso e molto coinvolgente con i bambini. È un servizio organizzato davvero bene, che permette ai più piccoli di divertirsi e allo stesso tempo ai genitori di concedersi qualche momento di relax in tranquillità. Tutto il personale è sempre stato gentilissimo e disponibile, dalla reception alla ristorazione fino al bar. Si percepiscono una grande cura, un’ottima organizzazione e soprattutto una particolare attenzione verso le famiglie. Complimenti alla Direzione e a tutto lo staff per il lavoro che fate. Wir lieben das Hotel und werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen! Wir haben noch nie ein Hotel erlebt, was so familiär, persönlich, privat und trotzdem luxuriös und entspannend ist. Super Service von allen Mitarbeitern. Jeder Wunsch wird von den Augen abgelesen. 100% Weiterempfehlung! Danke für einen perfekten Urlaub. Insbesondere noch ein großes Lob an die Kinderbetreuung. Die Betreuer geben wirklich immer ihr Bestes, haben stets ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und gute Laune. Meine Kinder sind sehr gerne in den Bubble Club gegangen und wir bewundern das Engagement und positive Energie, sowie liebevolle Betreuung sehr. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub.

Sehr sauberes Hotel innen und außen, nettes und höfliches Personal. Wir waren als Großeltern mit bei ihnen, so dass wir allein eher nicht in ein Familienhotel gehen würden .Aber als kinderfreundliches Hotel sind sie empfehlenswert!

Ihr Mitarbeiter sind alle toll, Ihre Anlage super gepflegt, liebevoll und für Familien mit Kleinkindern gut geeignet. Das Essen und der Service war fantastisch. Jedoch ist die Lage des Hotels nicht optimal und die Zimmer für den Preis im direkten Vergleich mit anderen Anbietern eher klein und auf tiefem Ausstattungsniveau. Zudem sind die Zimmer eher Dunkel und nicht sehr kinderfreundlich.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Das gesamte Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ganz besonders die Mitarbeiter im Kinderclub sind ein Traum!!! Ringrazio tutto lo staff per la gentilezza e pazienza riservata alla mia famiglia e soprattutto verso mia figlia che essendo piccola spesso ha combinato piccoli pasticci durante la cena come ad esempio la rottura di un salino. Nonostante questo i ragazzi della sala si sono dimostrati molto cordiali e pazienti. Grazie ancora per tutto e davvero complimenti.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unsere Kinder wurden vom Bubble Club (eigentlich von allen Mitarbeitern) mit Herzen begrüßt und haben es sehr genossen. Vor allem unser ältester, wir wollten mit ihm Eis essen gehen, aber er wollte nicht, er wollte in den Bubble Club. Vielen Dank an ALLE Mitarbeitern, es war wundervoll :)
