Chapeau, Abbiamo veramente trascorso una vacanza splendida. L'unica pecca a mio aviso che non é da albergo da 5 stelle é l'arrivo: Normalmente mi aspetto di essere accolto da una persona che mi spieghi direttamente dove dirigermi per reception ecc. a cui affidare le valigie. Quando siamo arrivati noi, avevo un po l'impressione di non avere percheggiato la macchina posto giusto per l'arrivo. Ma per il resto ci siamo trovati molto bene

Es ist wirklich schön bei Euch. Wir würden und werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Ich würde dann aber versuchen ein Zimmer am Rand zu buchen, damit nicht alle Kinder an der Hoteltür vorbeiflitzen. Es ist leider sehr hellhörig. Das ist der einzige Nachteil. Ansonsten ist es wirklich rundherum schön bei Euch. Sogar an meinen Geburtstag habt ihr gedacht. Dankeschön!!!

We have really enjoyed our stay so far. Everything seems very thought about and really meant to make all members of the family feel welcomed and catered for. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo trovato grande disponibilità nel soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di scegliere tra diverse tipologie di cuscini e, quando abbiamo chiesto di rendere il materasso un po’ più morbido, ci è stato subito fornito un topper. Un complimento particolare va al servizio di animazione, al Baby Club e al Mini Club, che abbiamo trovato davvero eccezionali. Tutto lo staff è attento, premuroso e molto coinvolgente con i bambini. È un servizio organizzato davvero bene, che permette ai più piccoli di divertirsi e allo stesso tempo ai genitori di concedersi qualche momento di relax in tranquillità. Tutto il personale è sempre stato gentilissimo e disponibile, dalla reception alla ristorazione fino al bar. Si percepiscono una grande cura, un’ottima organizzazione e soprattutto una particolare attenzione verso le famiglie. Complimenti alla Direzione e a tutto lo staff per il lavoro che fate. Abbiamo trascorso davvero un bellissimo soggiorno e ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati sotto ogni aspetto.

One suggestion would be to run a shuttle bus down to the town every half hour or hour. The only reason I said we won't stay again, is that we will likely try otherplaces in Europe if we were to come back.

Wir möchten uns bei Ihnen für 8 wunderbare Tage der Leichtigkeit, Entlastung und Erholung bedanken. Mit ihrem Haus haben sie einen Ort geschaffen, der (nach unserer Definition) für Familien mit Kindern in jeder Altersklasse "der perfekten" Urlaub ermöglicht. Ein wirklich erstklassig aufmerksames, freundliches und dennoch unaufdringliches Team in jedem Bereich, vom Empfang, über Restaurant und Bar, bis zu Spa und Zimmerservice. Die Kinderbetreuung gefiel uns gut, leider haben unsere Jungs (2 und 4 Jahre) nicht alleine teilnehmen wollen, was ich auf die mangelnde Auslastung mit anderen Kindern (sie waren mit Ausnahme eines weiteren jüngeren Kleinstkindes alleine mit den Betreuerinnen, die kaum deutsch sprachen) erkläre und eine echte Bezugsperson fehlte. Das Haus selbst, unser Zimmer und die gesamte Ausstattung und der Look & Feel haben unseren Geschmack voll getroffen. Ein besonderer Dank geht auch an die wirklich ausgezeichnete Küche ihres Hauses! We had a wonderful week at Gardea and we can’t wait to return. The hotel is beautiful but what really made it really special was that every single member of staff couldn’t do enough for us. Everyone was wonderful; from the preparation of the room upon our arrival with a side along bed and rails for our older baby, to the team at breakfast and dinner each day and the baby club team and the reception team, genuinely everyone couldn’t do enough for us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome — their warmth and attentiveness truly stood out. The food was absolutely incredible, with a variety of delicious options that kept us looking forward to every meal. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable — you can tell everything is new and well cared for. Our kids had the best time at the kids club, which gave us some time to relax knowing they were in great hands and having fun. This resort really exceeded our expectations. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Das Beste was uns bisher passiert ist. :-) Wir dachten soetwas gibt es nicht! Private Atmosphäre, nicht zu groß, tolles Ambiente und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Freundliches und lächelndes Personal, gutes Essen und trotz der willkommenen Kinder eine ruhige Atmosphäre, so fühlen sich auch die Eltern wohl. Tolle Spielbereiche für Kinder mit hochwertigen Spielsachen. Die beruhigende Musik im Hintergrund sorgt für Entschleunigung. Es wurde an nichts gespart und dafür geben wir als Gast auch gern Geld aus. Wir kommen unbedingt und sehr gern wieder. Herzlichst Familie Johl aus Deutschland:-)
