Thanks for being so responsive to messages. Also to switching to use of old fashioned keys for me. This removed a very real concern about electronic entry late at night. Technology is great until...it isn't! :-)

2026-06-26

Accueil téléphonique très agréable, et disponible

2026-06-26

I was very happy there once I made it up the 47 steps. But I had been warned. I was pretty exhausted with the heat etc and very happy to be let in a bit early . Great it’s so close to Roma Termini yet is quiet and restful once you’re there. The things in the frig we’re appreciated. I was sure if the coffee machine in reception was available to guests

2026-06-23

To the two ladies on reception when we arrived - grazie mille. The accommodation far exceeded our expectations. You would definitely be our "go to", when we are next in Rome.

2026-06-24

Very friendly and kind people working and great snacks and drinks to welcome us as well highly recommended.

2026-06-23

We very much appreciate the kindness of the staff in answering our questions and allowing us to leave our bag after we checked out!

2026-06-09

2026-06-02

Very clean.. modern.. close to Train Station Some complementary water and snacks most appreciated. Maybe 1 bottle per guest.

2026-05-19

Your rental units were the perfect end to our 2026 Europe Family vacation. Perfectly located mere steps from Roma Termini. Close proximity to major attractions in the city. Spacious rooms with comfy beds. A stocked mini-fridge, a full bathroom and even a second attached room for our kids!

2026-05-13

Grazie per la buona communicazione

2026-05-13

Veronica was so helpful and friendly.

2026-05-07

Sommes toutes, le logement était bien

2026-04-28

Grazie infinite, siete state gentilissime? Compresa la governante

2026-04-28

The Hotel management and staff were very accommodating allowing us to leave our bags before check in and also allowing us to check in an hour early. The beds were the best we had slept in out of 4 hotels and the small details were appreciated down to snacks left free for your consumption and a paper map for your use. The 47 steps up to the entrance door inside the building (2nd floor) are a bit of a hike but the Hotel does warn you of this when booking. It’s only 200m from the Rome Termini rail station and there is plenty of places to eat and shop around. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

2026-04-25

2026-01-03

Everything was great!

2025-12-29

2025-12-30
