Der Manager und seine Tim haben mir geholfen, die haben mir eine Rechnung gestellt und wenn ich in Deutschland bin das ich das Geld überweise. Wirklich ich bin sehr dankbar bei ganzen Team von Concorde Hotel in Mailand. Hoffentlich werden die preisen so bleiben und nicht teurer werden. Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar, alles in der Nähe Supermarkt zwei Minuten, Metro 3 Minuten zahlreiche Restaurants und Kiosk in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wenn ich wieder nach Mailand fliege werde ich wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Noch mal vielen Dank an Manager von den Hotel und seine ganzen Tim

Dear Concorde Milano Team, I truly enjoyed my stay at your hotel. It was my first trip to Italy, and my wife and I made the right choice staying at Concorde Milano. Although the hotel is slightly outside the city center, it is very convenient, with the train station just a 5-minute walk away and only a 15-minute ride to central Milan. What I especially appreciated about the location is its authentic local Italian atmosphere, away from busy tourist areas. The surroundings were quiet and calm, with friendly people, and it was very convenient being next to a Carrefour supermarket and within walking distance of cafés, restaurants, pubs, and convenience stores. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff were accommodating throughout our stay. The breakfast was simple yet enjoyable. I also liked the bar on the ground floor, which served great drinks. I had a pleasant chat with the bartender, Nicola, after watching the AC Milan vs. Udinese match, which made the experience even more memorable. I would also like to thank Mr. Andrea at the front desk for his helpfulness, as well as the breakfast team (though I regret I cannot recall her name). The front desk staff were consistently informative and welcoming. Thank you once again for your hospitality. I will definitely stay at Concorde Milano again in the future without hesitation. Le parking c'est très bien, quand on prend un véhicule de location, c'est parfait. Le métro c'est juste à côté, ça c'est un atout, pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller au centre 15 minutes et vous êtes sans avoir à chercher un place de parking.. Of course! Here’s a polished English version of your feedback: ⸻ Feedback for our stay at the hotel – Room 908 and 612 We stayed in room 908. The room was generally fine, but unfortunately, there was some mold in the shower and on the style icon. The bottom of the shower doors was also quite dirty. While we could live with that, the main issue was the air conditioning. Yes, it’s true that it was almost 40 degrees outside, but the air conditioning in the room couldn’t cool the temperature below 25°C, even though we set it to 18°C. We reported the issue to the reception — unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the receptionist, only that he was from Egypt. He was extremely helpful and service-minded. He arranged for someone to come and check the air conditioning, but it couldn’t be fixed. Later, the general manager came to speak with us. He completely understood our situation and arranged for us to move to room 612. This change made our visit to Milan perfect, and if we return, we will definitely stay at this hotel again. All of the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service.
