Datika? I’m afraid I haven’t correctly remembered her name. She was at the front desk on the evening of Tuesday 14 July 2026. She was incredibly helpful.

Jessica. Upon landing in Rome we received word that one of our dogs had to be rushed to the emergency veterinary clinic. Within minutes we received a call that she passed away. Jessica was very sympathetic and concerned. She was able to get us into our room after a few hours of arriving which allowed us to grieve privately and process our loss. It’s very appreciated.

Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but there was a very smiling, kind long-haired lady at the bar.
