All staff were amazing!! Wonderful service & great suggestions of where to go sight seeing, eating, spertivo. Staff always welcomed you when you came back but also checked in on you if you were heading out for the night ..great for solo travellers. Cleanliness of room was great but trying to get an English speaking movie or channel can be a bit challenging. Noticed there was no folder to explain phone system, etc but not a big deal.

I do not know his name but you can check who was working on 11 October 2026 at 3 am (which is when we departed, confirm time with my booking). He was hospitable and offered cappuccino which was much appreciated! The cleaning staff was also wonderful.

I did speak with Luca the front desk management and I will be communicating with him via email with regard to a partial refund on our room as this had a very negative impact on our stay with the air-conditioning and lights not working. These problems necessitated numerous visits from hotel staff into our room late in the evening which totally disrupted our stay. Whether or not I stay there again or recommend this hotel to other travelers will depend on my response from Luca the front desk manager.

I don’t rember their name. But, there was a verry serviceminded man at the reseption while checkin. He was super friendly and helped me so I was able to check in before time and booked me a taxi so i didn’t miss my guided tour. Superb! Also, the «barista man» making the coffie in the morning… loved it! The hotel is verry nice, bright and tidy. It’s lockated in walking distance to most of the sights, and the metro is near by.
