We think this is the best hotel staff and accommodation we have ever had. The staff went above and beyond every day. They had so much knowledge but most importantly they had so much kindness. Roberta who gave us the massage was so sweet and knowledgable and kind and Eleanora was just so kind and helpful all the time, booking us into things and giving us great tips on where to go! We also had such a lovely waiter in the morning who made me a decaf cappuccino every day. He was so hard working and kind. I saw him always smiling and helping others. There was also our waiter on our first dinner he is from perhaps Romania (I could be wrong) and he was so knowledgeable about the drinks - he also had a great sense of humour and made us feel welcome Lastly there was another girl at reception who I cannot remember her name but she sent me WhatsApp details of busses and also just super friendly, kind and helpful. Ps - our rooms were always clean and neat and tidy so a big thank you to the cleaners who obviously also work so hard. We really loved every minute of our stay - thank you all so much we already can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Querceto. The setting is beautiful and peaceful—a good place to relax and unwind. The staff were incredibly cheerful, warm, and welcoming throughout our stay, especially Eleonora. They were also exceptionally helpful when I accidentally left an item behind, going out of their way to help me get it returned. That kindness and personal touch really made a difference. A lovely hotel with a beautiful atmosphere and wonderful people. I would happily stay here again and recommend it.

Die Renovierung dieses älteren Bauwerks mit viel Holzelementen wurde wunderschön durchgeführt mit geschmackvollem Bad, Waschtisch, wunderschön weiß lackierten alten Türen, ein sehr schöner Essbereich wurde gestaltet; das Personal ist ausgesucht freundlich und liebenswert, die Zimmer sind maximal sauber, man könnte im Bad vom Fußboden essen...prima....ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt; die Betten sind sehr gut!

Overall very nice, a bit time consuming to get … anywhere but we knew before coming so not a critic. Some minor remarks about the room (203): storage space for clothes is a lacking a bit, also there is just 1 hook in the entire room for hanging towels. Otherwise: rooms are perfect and the powerful airco was a blessing. Aside from this: i would suggest tidying up a bit on the outside: the garden/lake side is perfect but other 3 sides could use some maintenance. These are minor critics. We were very satisfief.

This is our second visit to the Hotel and this is due to the fantastic service we received the first time. Valentina and Eleanora are a credit to the company and should be rewarded for their 1st class service and friendly personalities. Valentina recommended the boat hire in town and this was a fantastic day and will give us memories for years to come. Breakfast is superb although Clare panicked when she thought the Nutella had run out! A special mention should also go to the waiter, forgot his name, (used to be the shuttle driver 2 years ago). He was always friendly and helpful. What a great team!

Es hat alles super geklappt. Besonders schön sind die gepflegten Außenanlagen und der untere Empfangs - und Restaurantbereich. Unser Zimmer hat uns nicht hundertprozentig überzeugt. Es war uns zu dunkel und klein. Wir hätten ein anderes Zimmer mit Balkon und Bergblick bevorzugt, haben es aber natürlich auch in dieser Form akzeptiert.
