All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was a lovely environment to be in and situated in a great position, not far from the lake or town. We observed that the whole team, both management and staff work incredibly hard all of the time. Every little detail is noticed. We appreciated that this amount of effort was what made our holiday so very special. The evening meals were fabulous; we were excited to try something new every night... we have to diet now that we're back home! 😂 As we walked around Molveno we concluded that there was no other hotel that looked nicer, or was better situated, than the Alledolomiti 😍 We were grateful that we were able to communicate with everyone because you all speak excellent English... we Brits are TERRIBLE at languages (to my shame) It was our first time visiting beautiful Italy, but it certainly will not be our last! (Just a couple of very small things, but by no means a complaint: The pillows are very hard. There was a noisy dog in the room next to ours which yapped and snarled from 6am. This is not the fault of Alledolomiti but of the dog owners... it did wake us up a lot though 😴)

All the staff were efficient and very polite and made our stay special. The rooms were all clean and comfortable and the decoration of all areas was exceptional. The only reason I would not visit the resort again is that our holidays are geared up to walking and we like to try different countries and areas each year. It is the best hotel we have ever stayed in; the interior was beautifully decorated and everywhere was clean and homely. Einen Vorschlag an die Gemeinde hätte ich dann doch noch. Die Busverbindung nach Andalo ist schon sehr ausgedünnt. Eine häufigere Taktung wäre doch sehr wünschenswert. Den kostenlosen Bus im Ort habe ich häufig genutzt und finde diese Einrichtung super.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The building is very pretty with its summer plants and inside is a real mix of decor where there was always something else to catch the eye. You are to be commended on the cleanliness and tidiness of the main areas, bedroom and outside. All the staff are professional, attentive and friendly with cheery smiles and greetings. They clearly enjoy their jobs and want to make everyone welcome - a well knit team. One of the things which attracted me to Alledolomiti was that it is a family run place and the presence of such a lovely family (and lovely collies) all the time was heartwarming. We had a lovely few days. The only reason I wouldn’t return would be the lack of things to do in the evening - the town being closed during the evening. I think the resort is best suited to walkers and cyclists or young families using the sports facilities. That said it was beautiful, clean and I could not fault the staff.

I would like to say how wonderful all the staff were but make especial mention of Nicola (or Nicole - not sure of her exact name) with whom I had two massage sessions in the Wellness Centre. I had arrived at the hotel with a trapped nerve in my neck which affected my arm and was tremendously painful however thanks to her work the pain was reduced and became manageable allowing me to enjoy my holiday more than I had anticipated, so very well done to her. The food was exemplary, we have travelled quite a lot through Italy in the last 30 years but to have the wonderful authentic Italian cooking we had every night was such a pleasure and a surprise to us, something we will recommend to all our friends. Marissa was also such a delight, her humour and calm delivery with some challenging clients was amazing, another asset for the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Alle Dolomiti, we already expected it to be a great holiday but the hotel, the staff, the food and the resort itself all exceeded our expectations. Nothing can compare to waking up the morning after our late-evening arrival and opening the curtains to see the view of the mountains! Dinners were exceptional and the all the staff were so friendly that we felt really at home.

We had a fantastic week at the hotel. All staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Most of our dealings were with Marco, Daniele and Constantino who were excellent, but a big thank you to all the staff for making us so welcome and our stay so pleasant. The atmosphere of the hotel was very relaxed and homely in a beautiful peaceful setting. The decor throughout was lovely and a real eclectic mix that fitted together beautifully. All the rooms throughout, and the bedroom, were spotless, as were the garden, spa and pool areas so the cleaning and gardening staff should also be congratulated. All the food was freshly prepared and delicious, so a great kitchen staff as well!. The hotel is clearly a well loved family hotel, run with pride, and one of the best we have stayed in. We hope to stay again and thoroughly recommend. Thank you so much Tim and Donna Hurd.

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr vielfältig. Auch das Abendessen war ausgesprochen lecker und qualitativ hervorragend. Besonders gefallen haben uns die wunderschöne Poolanlage mit der gepflegten Wiese und dem Garten sowie der sehr ansprechende Saunabereich. Das gesamte Hotel war jederzeit sehr sauber und gepflegt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen rundum angenehmen und erholsamen Aufenthalt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Complimenti allo chef, ottime pietanze, belle sia alla vista che al palato, e ai camerieri di sala, sempre gentili e disponibili. (Lo strudel era eccezionale). The lake near by was a beautiful place to sit, walk around in nature. Ski slope within 4min drive- absolutely stunning views from above! Everyone I met was eager to make sure I was having a good stay and everyone I met was also so pleasant and kind to talk to. Marco was my first impression of the hotel and his frinedly-ness and happiness really set the tone for my stay. I loved being able to meet Pia the first night and hear more about the history of the hotel and your family. Constantine and Natalya were both so kind and efficient in their service. Great property and great people. The two things that are essential for a hotel. We desperately needed tape for the European Champs during the meet and a front desk worker was able to get it for us. From the welcome the first day to a prepared breakfast because we were leaving at 4:30AM before breakfast opened the staff consistently went above and beyond. The next time that Ice Swimming brings me back to Molveno I will look forward to staying with you again!

This was our first time of visiting Molveno and our stay at the Hotel was just magnificent from start to finish. It is a family run business and the staff were most welcoming and attentive at all times. Our room was front facing and overlooked the fabulous lake with a view of the mountains, how stimulating is this! The room was just so well presented and the bed was comfortable. It was with great pleasure that we got to enjoy the restaurant and the food service each breakfast and evening meal time. The quality of the food and the service was a joy and something to look forward to. The village has all the facilities that you would require and all within walking distance and there are lake walks to enjoy as well. Everything was just so pleasurable and all the staff were so attentive at all times, nothing was too much bother. Add in that our stay was over the Christmas period and the hotel and village were all lit up in the festive spirit making it very magical. The only downside was that we had to return home at the end of our short holiday but we will return. So thank you to you all at the Hotel AlleDolomite….. you made our stay one of the best!

The best hotel I've ever stayed at (and I've been to many!). Welcoming, beautiful design and decor, 5* food, super clean and wonderful staff. Lovely location and attractive grounds. Sadly, it is unlikely I'll be able to return but will 100% recommend the hotel to anyone willing to listen! Thank you all for a fabulous Christmas time.

An excellent well run hotel. Dinner a first class affair with food prepared to a gastronomical excellence by a very talented chef. The room was large with excellent views across the mountains. The walk in shower enclosure was was large and comprised a shower complete with independent nozzle outlets for an uplifting massage experience. By far the best breakfast we had during our week visit in Italy. We found the hotel by chance on the last day of the season and were treated like old friends, even though we didn’t have a reservation. If we visit this area again, we’ll be sure to make a reservation. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely holiday from start to finish all the staff were friendly and helpful.The Dinner on the last night was delicious and the singing waiter made our night.We can't rememeber the names of the staff but they were all fab!! We were part of the Edwards coach group and would like to say how much we enjoyed our stay at your hotel. All staff were very welcoming and helpful, providing great service. I really enjoyed the food and how it was presented. The hotel itself, and the location, were wonderful and it would be lovely if we have the opportunity to return at some time.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at. The ambience of the whole experience was one of care and love. It is obvious the people who own and run the hotel care deeply about their guests. I would particularly like to compliment one of the evening restaurant waiters, Danino (I hope I have spelt his name correctly!), for whom nothing was too much trouble and he always infectiously happy. Overall a joyous experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday visiting the Lakes and Dolomites with such stunning scenery. The added bonus was staying at the AlledoloMiti Boutique Lake Hotel. The family owners and staff were so friendly and welcoming, the Hotel was beautiful as was the food. There was a very relaxed feel, and the hotel was also dog and cat friendly. Their two Welsh Border Collies were delightful, not forgetting their three lovely cats! All so very well behaved. It made the holiday very relaxing and enjoyable and we would highly recommend the AlledoloMiti Boutique Lake Hotel!

Sehr gutes Abendessen, Restaurant-Leistung am abend sehr gut; der Frühstücksraum im Untergeschoss hingegen ist extrem ungemütlich und die Auswahl höchstens mittelmäßig. Warum kann das Abend-Restaurant nicht auch als Frühstücksraum genutzt werden? Wäre um einiges gemütlicher. Außerdem wäre die Möglichkeit, im Freien zu Frühstücken dann gegeben (was ich so sehr vermisst habe)

I have stayed in many hotels but this has to be one of my favourite. I have a gluten allergy and the staff couldn’t do more for me. From the reception through to the restaurant staff, cleaning everything was just fantastic. The view from the balcony onto the mountains just finished it off.
