Sono stata trattata in maniera gentilissima e cordiale, la stanza era pulita e molto accogliente. Ho avuto bisogno di richiedere un check-out posticipato e ho avuto gentilezza e disponibilità, ho apprezzato tantissimo anche il parcheggio di fianco alla struttura. Sono stata ospite per lavoro ma spero di tornare in compagnia, magari pe un we di relax. Sono diversi anni che vengo a Viserba ma soggiorno in casa vacanza,è la prima volta che approdo in un hotel del genere con tutti i confort (che ogni struttura alberghiera dovrebbe avere),un eccellente colazione che va dal dolce al salato con il personale super efficiente che riforniva ogniqualvolta finiva qualcosa. This hotel has got to be one of best in Italy in terms of service that I have experienced including my stay at the higher ends. Giuseppe was amazing from the time I rang to tell him about my migraines for the room because if I do get a migraine episode I can lose my vision, feel dizzy and wouldn’t make for great holiday. He was so helpful, kind and amazing and gentle. He helped us book restaurants and it’s not just us I saw him patiently help another guest and he wrote everything down for her. There was another gentleman at reception he too was great and kind and made the best Hugo’s. The breakfast staff were smiling. Trust me I have been living in Italy this is rare. What I think you have created is a “culture” of genuine service. I hope you treat all your staff well and give them a big bonus. They are an asset. People come for holidays for many reason and staff on how they treat you can make or break your holiday. I will definitely be returning.

High-class hospitality, the staff is very welcoming and always helps you with a smile, congratulations on the breakfast, the food is delicious and varied, the rooms are clean, spacious, the beach is close, the hotel is well located. We had an unforgettable experience at this hotel, we also thank the staff who were patient with us even if sometimes we couldn't understand each other at first because of the language we speak!
