Das Hotel und die Außenanlagen sind sehr schön, das Essen und das Personal ausgezeichnet und freundlich.

Die Hotel-Anlage ist sehr malerisch. Ich habe mich vor Ort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Service – insbesondere an der Reception – ist vorbildlich. Die Beratung und die Tipps sind wertvoll. Lediglich ein auffallender Punkt ist die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer, da man die Gespräche seiner Nachbarn zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit gut hören kann. Nichtsdestotrotz: Toller, freundlicher Service in einem wunderschön gelegenen Hotel. Herzlichen Dank!

I greatly appreciate the prompt notification that I had left my car key in the room. While I wasn’t able to wait for it that day, letting me know within an hour gave me time to make arrangements to have my spare shipped so it was waiting for me when I arrived in the US (4 1/2 hours from my home) the next day. The desk representative was incredibly empathetic and after three phone calls while working on a solution, her coordination with the firm that ships lost items was immediate. This is a level of service and empathy that is rare these days - please let her (and her managers) know that it is greatly appreciated.

Bonjour, Très bel hôtel et bel emplacement. Un peu loin de tout mais c'était prévu et connu. Un seul regret mais vous n'y pouvez rien est la cherté des taxis (220 euros allez-retour) avec l'aéroport, cela n'est pas négligeable. Un grand merci au chef de cuisine qui a préparé un plat sur mesure à mon épouse (spaghetti aux fruits de mer) quand cela n'était pas sur la carte. L'hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu. Un seul regret avec les guêpes le matin au déjeuner. C'est la saison. Les piscines sont superbes et le principe à l'eau de mer fut très agréable car bien moins agressif que le chlore. La struttura non ci ha fatto pagare la prima notte prenotata in quanto, causa annullamento volo, siamo arrivati il giorno dopo. Questo gesto, non dovuto, è stato assolutamente apprezzato. Come anche la possibilità di fare check out più tardi e tenere la camera fino alla partenza verso l'aeroporto. La cena è sempre ottima e il servizio attento. La struttura curata.

Franco and his team continue to support guests in many ways and are exemplary. The restaurant staff work incredibly hard and service is excellent. Daniele, Luca and the other maitres are dedicated to ensuring guests enjoy their dining experience and their professionalism and attention to detail is outstanding. Compliments to the chef and kitchen staff Marco and the bar staff continue to ensure that guests are looked after well and this year, the new pianist has been excellent.

Hola, el personal fue muy atento en todo momento desde los de recepion, como los mozos de las maletas, las chicas de limpieza, los camareros de la piscina, el chico de las toallas, los socorristas y los camareros del desayuno. Por lo que muchas gracias a todos, se agradece. Lo que mas nos gusto es la ubicacion que es espectacuilar pero como lo tienen mantenido>>>con los jardines cuidados, limpieza cerca de piscina...!!! Servizio ristorante e bar semplicemente super, dal Maitre Luca ai collaboratori, Francesco, Chiara, Laura e tutti sempre pronti a soddisfare il cliente più esigente. Servizio bar, Marco è un number One, con i collaboratori Luigi, Mattia, Alex e tutti. migliorato il servizio spiaggia, ancora da migliorare invece il servizio delle camere. Alentro benessere un grazie particolare a Manuela e le sue eccellenti ragazze. Bene anche la palestra con 2 tappeti nuovi efficienti e moderni, un sforzo per l'anno prossimo completare gli attrezzi con un terzo tappeto (l'ultimo è obsoleto) e due belle bici ed il collegamento tv, ma comunque apprezzato lo sforzo. In ultimo finalmente un pò di musica serale, magari qualche piccolo spettacolo non guasterebbe. Ma comunque la miglior struttura nel conteggio qualità + servizi/ costo

I could see that the shower was licking a bit but since the service was so on top of everything, it was always cleaned after we returned to the room. Big appreciation to your cleaning stuff. This time we were looked after by Ivan and his new young waitress, together a great team . Insofern…wir hätten statt unseres Upgrades in ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, was wir dann auch bezahlten , aber nur weil „Hotel ausgebucht“, sonst „natürlich kostenfrei“, sogar eine Suite genommen. Einfach mehr Ehrlichkeit! Der Kunde ist nicht dumm. Sorry

Sylvia on reception, sharp, terrific memory, a great asset to the hotel. Another star, Chairo (Spelt wrong ?), I left my sunglasses at the Clipper and bless her, I believe she lives near there so she picked them up for me on her way home, next thing I knew they were back in my room, what a treasure. X. And of course the diplomat and just a lovely chap, Franco, I assume the manager, what a great guy. Nothing was too much trouble. We bought some Shorts from the shop on site, they had no card machine, Franco got involved... all dealt with !, we booked them to the room, Franco, always immaculate, has such a placid calming demeanour. Thanks to the whole team !.

Every single employee working in your hotel - starting from the housekeepers and the doormen through the reception desk, the spa employees and the waiters - is very professional, humble, polite and kind. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist außergewöhnlich vielfältig und sehr gut! Von den Speisen her nicht zu übertreffen. Die jüngeren Kellner waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Ein älterer Kellner (mit gestylten Haaren) ging gar nicht. Wir gehören zu den wenigen Gästen mit normalem Einkommen. Man hat an seiner Nicht-Freundlichkeit sehr gemerkt, dass er sich lieber den reichen Gästen zugewandt hat. Dort war er nett und zuvorkommend.

Es war durchweg ein erlebnisreicher, schöner Aufenthalt, mindestens durch das sehr hilfreiche und freundliche Personal, egal ob imConcierge Bereich, im Restaurant oder auf den Zimmern und am Pool/ Strand. Man kommt sich vor wie in einer anderen Welt, was wir wohl auch waren😇 Und gerne sollten die Kellner/ Ober offen und evtl auch lustig zu den Gästen sein, nicht zu verklemmt, je nach Gast halt.
