Thank you all for such a great hospitality and support during our stay! We had a feeling like you all are one family!
2026-10-27
Thank you for making our trip to the Amalfi Coast so memorable. I think we were too exhausted when we arrived to absorb all the information provided. It was still greatly appreciated. Andrea & Matteo at the front desk were so helpful. The bus tickets and ferry schedules were a crucial factor to our getting around easily. Thanks to Massimo for picking us up and dropping us off. Another great perk. The girls at breakfast greeted us with a smile every morning. I loved the fresh orange juice every day. That machine is amazing. And I can’t say enough about the cappuccinos. Best I’ve had anywhere. I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again for a great trip. ❤️

We‘ve visited Hotel Margherita with a big group. Your receptionist was always kind and helpful, also with fellows who stayed in accommodations nearby. For me as group leader, it was very helpful.
2026-10-22
Thank you so much we had a wonderful time visiting with you!
2026-10-19
First of all, many thanks to Andrea and Suela for creating such a wonderful hotel experience. I also enjoyed the hospitality of Giada and Matteo, as well as Ciara
2026-10-18
Dear Suela thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We greatly appreciated the upgrade of our Superior room to the Apartment. Your hospitality and your staff's, the quality of the food served at the daily breakfast, the availability of a free shuttle service, the hotel decor and having an onsite fine dining restaurant all contributed to our special time in Praiano.
2026-10-18
Super experience at your place!! Thank you very much for your kindness (all staff!)
2026-10-18
Siete stati fantastici
2026-10-16
2026-10-13
Prior to my arrival I was in communication with Chiara and Matteo. Both were on point! In addition, everyone at the reception was so open and willing to help with all of our questions and we had many lol! We were so happy we chose such a warm and professional hotel. Also, the boat to capri was perfect despite I was under the weather and our cooking class was a perfect activity for a cloudy day. The restaurant Ma'ma was closed the first night due to rain so we had to eat downstairs and we were pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything was! Grazie!
2026-10-12
Our stay was absolutely made by the location we chose to stay! The staff were incredible. Despite having unfortunate weather for the 4/5 nights - we were so delighted to be staying at a location with such good service, variety of services (cooking class, massages etc.) during our time! It really made our stay worth while despite the weather.
2026-10-11
The front desk was always extremely helpful and accomodating. They explained the best way to get to different places especially when leaving with our luggage. Umberto was always so willing to drive us if we needed; even in the pouring rain. The cleaning staff were also extremely friendly. Thank you to everyone.
2026-10-08
Thanks for your cheerfulness and kindness during our stay.
2026-10-04
Dear Margherita Hotel team, We stayed with you for just one night, but we felt completely at home. Everything was impeccable, and you are doing a wonderful job. We would gladly come back if there weren't so many other places in the world we still want to see! Thank you so much!

2026-10-03
We loved the hotel and the service.
2026-10-01
Thank you for all the staff they are so helpful and kind. They would go out there way to make things easier by booking a shuttle bus to the beach or to the town which was free with the hotel. They would give you advice how to get around which was great. I would definitely come back to this hotel
2026-09-27

2026-09-19
Bravissimi!!!!!
2026-09-18
One of the reasons I chose this hotel was to get help with scheduling transfers, tours and fun things to do in the area. And I'm so glad I did, the hotel team made the trip! The included shuttle was critical and appreciated. The only issue is that our booked massages were confirmed via email and Whatsapp, but somehow not on the schedule, so the massages were double booked. We were still able to get them, just an hour later. The time was fine with us and we enjoyed the massage, but would have been very disappointed if we would not have been able to still get them. Something to look into for future.
2026-09-15
The place and accommodation were excellent but Umberto, Giuseppe, Mateo, and all the gals from the staff were exceptional. They're definitely a dream team.

Everything about this experience was incredible. As a single woman who frequently travels alone, I couldn't have felt more safe, welcome, and comfortable at Hotel Margherita. The staff were incredibly thorough and helpful with every question I brought to them, and if they didn't have the answer right away, they found it and gave me solutions! From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU to everyone. One day I will be back, and I can't wait to send all of my friends in the meantime <3!

We had a wonderful seven night stay at Hotel Margherita with our family. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, stunning views over the Amalfi Coast, and an excellent breakfast each morning. Its location is perfect, with several great restaurants just a 5–10 minute walk away. What really makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. Everyone was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful, especially one of the front desk managers with dark hair and glasses. When one of our children became unwell, she even offered us the use of her own car so we could get to the pharmacy—an act of kindness we will never forget. The staff were also fantastic at advising us on water taxis, buses, and local attractions. As a family-run hotel, it has a genuinely warm and welcoming feel. We would happily return and, in our opinion, it’s the best hotel in Praiano.
2026-07-29
Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful rooms and pool area.
2026-07-26
Complimenti a tutti!!!

I was especially impressed with and grateful for the quick responses and thoroughness of the concierge services through WhatsApp. You helped me tremendously with transfers, restaurant reservations, booking excursions, massage, canceling or rescheduling when conflicts arose. Anything I needed, I quickly realized if I messaged on WhatsApp, I was going to get a quick response, and you were going to go above and beyond! Thank you! You made my visit to the Amalfi Coast so wonderful!

We loved your hotel! We found your staff very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. They were friendly, kind, and supportive with any questions or needs that we had. Upon request, for a room with a view of the Amalfi Coast, our accommodations were upgraded as soon as a suite became available. We were so incredibly grateful for this! The transport service to the beach and local restaurants was so appreciated. We also loved the little extras that made our stay more comfortable while away from home. These included the cute towel bag and refillable water bottles to use throughout our stay. The celebratory drink upon our arrival, handy room or pool flip-flops, and gorgeous oversized bath towels were also welcomed extras!! The rooftop venue was a gorgeous bright space with delicious appetizers for us to enjoy while we celebrated our eldest son’s wedding! We will always have such fond memories of your beautiful Hotel Margherita! In fact, we were emotional and sad to leave today… We look forward to returning one day in the future, should we be so lucky! Thanks again for your hospitality!! We will definitely recommend your hotel to our family and friends. 🥂🫶❤️ Kindly, Susan and Ken Smith from Ontario, Canada

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Margherita in Praiano and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The facilities were spotless, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the location offered stunning views that made our trip even more special. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was courteous and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We would especially like to thank Giada, who made a lasting impression on our stay. She was incredibly helpful during the check-in process, ensuring everything went smoothly, and on our final night, she went above and beyond by recommending and securing us a reservation at a fantastic nearby restaurant.

Extremely responsive with communication. Makes me feel very comfortable that I will be taken care of before I even arrived. Thoughtful of guest needs. Have all the information a short stay tourist may need. Provide bus tickets and accept returns if not used is very generous and give us the flexibility to change plans as we go. Shuttle service was very helpful. All in all, I feet the management is doing the best to make sure we have a pleasant stay. Thank you for that!

Thank you to Hotel Margherita for an Amazing 12 night stay! It was Wonderful to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, everyday was enjoyable adventure visiting the villages along the Amalfi coast. We loved the charm of the town of Praiano, and we felt very welcomed by the residents in the shops, or meeting them along the paths or steep staircases. Suela, her family and her wonderful staff were always very helpful with the shuttles or giving tips to see tourists sites and navigate the beauty of the landscape. You made our stay feel like we were part of the family. Thank you for a Fabulous stay, Andrea & Bernard from Montreal, Quebec, Canada
