Absolutely amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. Only issue I had was that the rooms didn’t seem to be very well soundproofed. I stayed 2 nights, the first night I was in room 202 over the main road. I couldn’t sleep due to the noise until at least 1am. I then moved to room 008 which was much quieter but had a loud humming noise from something outside the room which may have been some equipment or machinery attached to the hotel because it seemed to be louder when I put my head on the pillow (could hear it through the fabric of the building). It seemed to go on and off. It disrupted my sleep but not to the point that the road did. This was my only observation.

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of absolutely beautiful. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who travels to Rome. It was the most amazing stay for my partner and myself on our first trip abroad together. Any pics you see online really do not do the hotel justice it is absolutely beautiful in person. Exquisite care by the staff. Rome was part of our honeymoon and we appreciated our welcoming with champagne. We had some problems with the bathroom’s door during one night and because of it we weren’t be able to return to sleep and woke up on time to go to Vatican.
